The inkjet ink includes water; a water-soluble organic material in an amount of from 40 to 50% by weight based on the total weight of the inkjet ink; and a colorant. The water-soluble organic material includes at least one of 1,3-dimethyl-2-imidazolidinone, β-methoxy-N,N-dimethylpropionamide, and 2-pyrrolidone in an amount of from 5 to 35% by weight based on the total weight of the inkjet ink, and further includes a compound having the following formula (1) in an amount of from 10 to 40% by weight based on the total weight of the inkjet ink.

The piezoelectric thin-film resonator includes a substrate and a suspended portion including a vibrating portion in which a piezoelectric thin film is disposed between a pair of excitation electrodes. At least two film-like supports partially supported on the substrate are provided. The suspended portion is supported by the supports so as to be suspended above the substrate with an air-gap layer therebetween.
