摘要: A stretch nonwoven fabric 10 includes an elastic fiber layer 1 and inelastic fiber layers 2 and 3 having substantial inelasticity on the respective sides of the elastic fiber layer 1. The fiber layers 1, 2, and 3 are joined together over the entire area by thermal fusion at fiber intersections while the fibers of the elastic fiber layer 1 remain the fibrous form. The inelastic fiber layers 2 and 3 have part of their fibers enter the elastic fiber layer 1 and/or the elastic fiber layer has part of its fibers enter the inelastic fiber layers 2 and 3. The stretch nonwoven fabric is preferably produced by stacking an elastic fiber web and an inelastic fiber web on each other, applying a through-air system hot air treatment to the stack while the webs are in a non-united state to obtain a fibrous sheet having the webs united together, stretching the fibrous sheet in at least one direction, and releasing the fibrous sheet from the stretched state.

摘要: A stretch nonwoven fabric 10 contains inelastic fibers having a varied thickness along the length and elastic fibers. The nonwoven fabric 10 preferably includes an elastic fiber layer 1 and a substantially inelastic, inelastic fiber layer 2 on at least one side of the elastic fiber layer 1. The fibers with a varied thickness along the length are contained in the inelastic fiber layer 2. The nonwoven fabric 10 is conveniently produced by (a) superposing a web containing low-drawn, inelastic fibers having an elongation of 80% to 800% on at least one side of a web containing elastic fibers, (b) subjecting the webs, while in a non-united state, to through-air technique to obtain a fibrous sheet having the webs united together by thermal bonding the fibers at their intersections, and (c) stretching the fibrous sheet in at least one direction to draw the low-drawn inelastic fibers, followed by releasing the sheet from the stretch.

摘要: A display device of electric power system information comprises a display unit including a display screen; and a screen display control unit for controlling the display unit. The display screen includes a display area that is divided into a plurality of display cells each of which has a mapping function for showing relative positional relations. The display unit includes an electric power system diagram display function unit for displaying an electric system diagram that embodies the state of an electric power system being a monitoring target, a mapping item display function unit for displaying mapping display items in the background of the electric power system diagram using the display cells, and a menu display function for displaying menus and icons, which are used for selecting the mapping display items, on the display screen, and for accepting selection operations to the menus and icons on the display cells on the display screen. The mapping display items represent information of state quantities regarding the state of the electric power system being the monitoring target, and the mapping display items are displayed per display cell with different colors in accordance with the corresponding values of state quantities.

摘要: Disclosed herein is a method for controlling an electric power steering system, wherein a motor is controlled by vector control and driven by a current command value calculated on the basis of a parameter such as a steering torque to provide a steering assist power to a vehicle steering system, and further wherein the current command value is limited on the basis of desired output characteristics and a desired angular speed during a field-weakening control and a non-field-weakening control of the vector control.

摘要: In a plasma etching apparatus for performing a plasma etching on a surface of a substrate mounted on a susceptor in a processing vessel, a focus ring is installed to surround the substrate and has a first region at an inner side on a surface thereof, in which an average surface roughness is small such that a reaction product produced during an etching processing is not captured to be deposited, and a second region at an outer side from the first region, in which an average surface roughness is large such that a reaction product produced during the etching process is captured to be deposited. A boundary between the first and the second region is a part where an etching amount is relatively significantly changed compared to other parts while the focus ring is equipped in the plasma etching apparatus and the plasma etching is performed on the substrate.
