    摘要: A cable holding structure of this invention comprises a groove in which a bending portion of a flexible flat cable is to be inserted, a first opening portion through which the flexible cable extending in the X direction as one direction from the bending portion passes and a second opening portion through which the flexible cable extending in the Y direction as the other direction from the bending portion passes, the first and second opening portions being contained in the groove, and a stopper provided on the first opening portion, which contacts a side edge of the flexible cable extending in the Y direction as the other direction of the bending portion so as to prevent the bending portion from slipping out in the X direction as one direction. Consequently, this prevents a residual stress from being generated in the flexible flat cable thereby improving the service life of the flexible flat cable.

    摘要: A protective structure for junctions consists of a terminal holder including a mount, a plurality of joint terminals arranged on the mount, and a hood which receives one end of the joint terminals; an auxiliary terminal holder including a fixing frame and a plurality of auxiliary terminals arranged on the fixing frame in compliance with the joint terminals; a flat cable held between the terminal holder and the auxiliary terminal holder such that its exposed conductors, the joint terminals and the auxiliary terminals are subjected to welding to provide a junction; a hold-down member fittable to the terminal holder transversely to the flat cable; and a protective cover fittable to the terminal holder to cover a part of the flat cable having been bent back around the hold-down member. Stresses are prevented from directly acting via the flat cable on the junction.

    摘要: An examining structure for a circuit protective element comprises a plurality of conductive plates 3 of a conductive circuit 2 which is formed in a pattern on a circuit board 1, a pair of lead terminals 8 provided in the circuit protective element and respectively connected to the conductive plates 3, a test probe 4 for supplying a large current to the lead terminals 8 in order to examine a normal operation of the circuit protective element, and a test pad 6 soldered to the conductive plate 3 which is connected to the lead terminal, the test pad being adapted to be in contact with the test probe, thereby to constitute a probe contact part 5 having a thickness larger than the conductive plate. The test pad is smaller in size than the surface of the conductive plate and positioned near the lead terminal. The test pad is composed of a plurality of contact members having the same shape so as to keep a contact area with the test probe uniformly. The contact members are arranged uniformly. The contact members are solders arranged on one face of the conductive plate and directly attached to and projecting from the conductive plate. The solders may be formed at an opening of a through hole formed in the conductive plate by filling it in the opening.

    摘要: An automobile exhaust-pipe joint structure and a coil spring for use therein. The exhaust pipe connection structure includes a first exhaust pipe having a first flange section, a second exhaust pipe having a second flange section, a ball joint section for connecting the first and second exhaust pipes flexibly, and coupling mechanisms provided at a plurality of positions of the first and second flange sections. One exemplary coupling mechanism includes a bolt member penetrating the first flange section and being secured, at one end part thereof, to the second flange section, and a coil spring of deformed cross-section interposed between the other end part of the bolt member and the first flange section, wherein the cross-section of a wire is reduced in diameter, in the compressing direction with a dimensional ratio between the short diameter and long diameter thereof being in the range of 1.1–2.6.
