摘要： An axle driving apparatus in which a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor which constitute a hydrostatic transmission are disposed on a center section. In a horizontal portion of the center section are provided a pair of linear oil passages in parallel to each other. A pair of arcuate ports are provided on a pump mounting surface formed on the horizontal portion of the center section. The pair of arcuate ports are substantially perpendicular with respect to the direction in which the oil passages extend. The axis of slanting movement of a movable swash plate of the hydraulic pump extends laterally of the vehicle body on which the axle driving apparatus is provided. The rotating direction of an arm provided on a control shaft for slantingly operating the movable swash plate is coincident with the operating direction of a control rod connected with a speed changing member. Thus, the link mechanism for connecting the speed changing member and the control arm for the movable swash plate is simplified.

摘要： A hydrostatic transmission including a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected with each other, being immersed in an oil sump formed in a housing. A pair of oil passages for fluidly connecting the hydraulic pump with the hydraulic motor are formed in a center section on which the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor are mounted. The center section is provided on an outer surface thereof with a pair of openings of the respective oil passages. A control arm is disposed in the housing so as to interlock with a pump capacity changing member like a movable swash plate, thereby enabling the pump capacity changing member to be moved to various actuation positions including a neutral position in association with rotation of the control arm rotated to various actuation positions including a neutral position. A contact member having a surface abutting against the pair of openings of the center section is formed integrally with the control arm. A pair of oil passages are provided in the contact member. The pair of oil passages in the contact member are shut from the oil sump and open on the surface of the contact member. The pair of oil passages in the contact member communicate with the respective openings of the center section when the control arm is located in a certain range including the neutral position. An orifice is provided in the contact member so as to connect the pair of oil passages in the contact member with each other.

摘要： A hydrostatic transmission is provided comprising a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected with each other through a closed fluid circuit. Pistons press against a control arm connected with a movable swash plate of the hydraulic pump and generate a friction force when the movable swash plate, which has been rotated slantwise, automatically returns toward the neutral position by a neutral return spring. The movable swash plate gradually returns to the neutral position by pressure of the piston. A discharging oil hole is open at the utmost end of each of the pistons for draining a portion of operating oil which operates the piston in the closed fluid circuit to the interior of a housing. Grooves are formed along a surface of the control arm abutting against the pistons. When the movable swash plate is rotated between the neutral position and a predetermined position, the discharging oil holes are connected to the interior of the housing through the grooves so as to release the oil pressure out of the closed fluid circuit. Thus, braking shock can be moderated and the neutral position can be expanded.

摘要： A vehicle including an integral transaxle apparatus with axles, a driving hydrostatic transmission (HST), a steering HST, and a differential unit. Driving operating means for slanting operation of a first movable swash plate of the variable displacement driving hydraulic pump for switching the travelling direction between forward and backward and for changing the travelling speed, and steering operating means for slanting operation of a second movable swash plate of the variable displacement steering hydraulic pump so as to determine the leftward and rightward cornering angle are provided. The steering hydraulic motor has a third movable swash plate interlocking with the driving operating means so that the slanting direction of the third movable swash plate is changed according to the operation of the driving operating means, whereby the vehicle turns laterally in the same direction in response to the steering operating means whether the vehicle travels forward or backward.

摘要： A vehicle is installed with an integral transaxle apparatus constructed so that a single housing contains left and right axles, a driving hydrostatic transmission (HST) having a variable displacement first hydraulic pump and a first hydraulic motor fluidly connected with each other, a steering HST having a variable displacement second hydraulic pump and a variable displacement second hydraulic motor fluidly connected with each other, and a differential unit differentially connecting the axles with each other so as to be driven regularly or reversely by the output of the driving HST and to differentially drive the axles while receiving the output of the steering HST, wherein the first hydraulic pump receives power of a prime mover and has a first movable swash plate, and the second hydraulic pump receives power of the prime mover independently of the first hydraulic pump and has a second movable swash plate. The vehicle is also provided with driving operating means for slanting operation of the first movable swash plate for switching the travelling direction between forward and backward and for changing the travelling speed, and steering operating means for slanting operation of the second movable swash plate so as to determine the leftward and rightward cornering angle. The second hydraulic motor has a third movable swash plate interlocking with the driving operating means so that the slanting direction of the third movable swash plate is changed oppositely with respect to its neutral position according to the travelling direction switching operation of the driving operating means, whereby the vehicle turns laterally in the same direction of leftward and rightward steering operation of the steering operating means whether the vehicle travels forward or backward.

摘要： A hydrostatic transmission is provided comprising a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic motor fluidly connected with each other through a closed fluid circuit.
