摘要: A nonaqueous electrolyte solution for secondary batteries, which maintains small internal resistance and high electrical capacitance in long-term use in a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery uses, as an active material, a crystalline carbon material having a high crystallinity, and a negative electrode produced using a polymeric carboxylic compound as a binding agent. The nonaqueous electrolyte solution contains: (A) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (1) and an unsaturated phosphate ester compound represented by a general formula (2); (B) at least one compound selected from a group consisting of a sulfite ester compound, a sulfonate ester compound, an alkali metal imide salt compound, a fluorosilane compound, an organic disilane compound or an organic disiloxane compound; (C) an organic solvent, and (D) an electrolyte salt. A secondary battery using such nonaqueous electrolyte solution is also described.

摘要: For example, in a radio communication system using an OFDMA method, frequency bandwidth allocated to each sector is modified according to, for example, the number of terminals existing in each sector, and the effective utilization of radio sources is promoted. A radio base station device includes unit to determine the amount allocated to each sector from the amount of radio resources in the base station and unit to switch over the connection states of a plurality of radio resources obtained by dividing the entire radio resources that can be allocated to each sector in the base station according to the determined amount of allocation.

摘要: According to one embodiment, an illumination apparatus is provided with a substrate, a radiator, a lens, a lens holder and a metal component. A wiring layer is formed on the front face of the substrate and semiconductor light emitting elements are mounted on the wiring layer. The rear face of the substrate is attached to the radiator. The lens controls light emitted from the semiconductor light emitting elements. The lens holder is made insulative. The lens holder is provided with a holder portion for holding the lens and an attachment base to be attached to the radiator by way of the substrate. The metal component is attached to the radiator from the front face of the attachment base of the lens holder by way of the attachment base.
