摘要： In a distribution winding stator using a coil for a rectangular conductor, a coil end is made smaller than before, and the reduction in the current density is aimed, so that a rotary electric machine of a small size and a high power output is obtained. A conductive wire of a rectangular shape in cross section is double-wound, and is allowed to be shifted by the whole width of the wire having double-wound the crowns of both ends, and is formed to crank shape so as to become a length within the range of the intervals of the adjacent slots, so that the conductive wire is formed by being inserted into the slot of the stator.

摘要： A concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises a plurality of coil layers each of which comprises a plurality of wire turns wound in alignment winding; and a bobbin comprising an inner flange, an outer flange and a bobbin body on which the wire is wound, wherein: each of the coil layers includes a turn shift portion where the wire is shifted from an n-th turn to an (n+1)-th turn; the turn shift portion is located only on a side of a coil end section of the coil; and the bobbin body has no guide grooves. Furthermore, a method of manufacturing the concentrated winding coil according to the present invention comprises steps of: winding the wire on the bobbin; and pressing the wire by a wire guiding/holding member toward the inner flange or toward the outer flange.

摘要： The invention provides a distributed winding stator using a rectangle conductor as coil, realizing a miniaturized coil end and reduced current density compared to the prior art stator, so as to obtain a miniaturized rotation electric machine with high power. The distributed winding stator is formed by wave winding a conductor source wire having a rectangular cross-section, wherein the wire is cranked so that parietal regions on both ends are displaced corresponding to the width of the source wire and that the length is within the range of intervals between adjacent slots, and inserting the wave winding coil into slots of the stator.

摘要： A rotating electrical machine includes a stator including at least two element coils of the same phase each having a plurality of turns and connected to each other through a coil-to-coil connection wire, the element coils being arranged in adjacent slots, respectively; and a rotor rotatably provided to the stator through a gap. The element coils of the same phase are fitted in the adjacent slots so that wound around portions of the element coils partially overlap each other. The coil-to-coil connection wire connects at a coil end portion conductor wires extending from linear conductor wire portions of innermost wires of the element coils contained in the slots.

摘要： A motor having a lap winding structure and a manufacturing method therefor, wherein inserts of two different coils are installed side by side in one slot of a stator in a circumferential direction of the stator. All the coils are inserted in slots in succession. Further, a stator having semi-closed type slots formed by protuberances oriented in different directions, is used to control a reduction in the magnetic flux at the inlet of a slot and also to prevent coils from coming off. In a motor having coils of a plurality of phases for generating a rotating magnetic field at a stator, the contact portion of the coil of the desired phase among the coils of the plurality of phases and a portion rising from a slot toward the axis of a core are aligned and disposed to have a shape which prevents them from interferring with end portions of the coils of other phases.
