    摘要: It is an object of the present invention to provide a motor having a structure so as to prevent the peeling off of adhesive for fixing the bearing. The outer ring of the second ball bearing is fitted into the second ball bearing fitting space of the bearing holder portion of the second end bracket. The annular leaf spring which gives a pressure in the direction toward the first end bracket to the outer ring of the second ball bearing is disposed in the pressure giving structure receiving space which is formed continuously to the second ball bearing fitting space. The annular leaf spring is shaped such that trough and crest portions appear alternately in the circumferential direction. The screw members are inserted into the screw holes formed in the second end bracket. The tip end portions of the screw members are arranged to abut the trough portions of the annular leaf spring.

    摘要: A heat radiation structure of an electric apparatus provided herein is capable of readily releasing heat of electronic components to the outside and suppressing heat conduction to a rotational position sensor. A metal electromagnetic wave shielding member is fixed to a casing body of a casing. The electromagnetic wave shielding member includes a first portion that is connected to an opposed wall portion of the casing body to face a circuit substrate and a cylindrical second portion that is extending from a peripheral end of the first portion and along a peripheral wall portion of the casing body without being in contact with a housing. A heat conductive member having electrical insulating and heat conductivity properties as well as flexibility is disposed between the circuit substrate and the electromagnetic wave shielding member to closely contact both of the plurality of electronic components and the first portion of the electromagnetic wave shielding member.

    摘要: The present invention provides a stator for motors in which a space volume occupied by the winding wire of an excitation winding section can be increased, thereby allowing magnetic flux to readily flow through the yoke. On an inner peripheral surface portion of the yoke 7, a pair of flat-surface portions 7b are respectively formed in the circumferential direction on either sides of six fitted recesses 7a so that the flat-surface portions are continuous with the inner surfaces of the fitted recesses 7a. The pair of flat-surface portions 7b are located on the same virtual plane and have a side of an identical dimension that extends in the circumferential direction. The inner surface of the fitted recess 7a is constituted by a pair of inclined flat surfaces 7c respectively continuous with the pair of flat-surface portions 7b. The first flange portion 23b of the bobbin 23, which is in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the yoke 7, includes a flat plate-like body 23d and a pair of ribs 23e. With the excitation winding section 5 being mounted onto the stator core 3, the pair of ribs 23e are fitted into a pair of spaces 19 formed between the yoke 7 and the magnetic pole constituent member 9.

Then, the circuit substrate for connection is disposed to pass through a wall portion of the casing in a thickness direction of the wall portion. The connecting member attachment is fixed onto the casing. Thus, the electric cables may be connected to the outside of the casing with a low-priced connecting structure.

    摘要: A molded motor is provided that allows for ready installation of a heat-conducting member therein and is capable of improving dissipation of heat generated from the stator. The heat-conducting member is integrally formed with a load-side end bracket. The heat-conducting member includes a stopper surface that contacts an end surface of a stator core in the axial direction of a shaft, and an extended portion extending from the stopper surface toward a non-load-side end bracket to contact an outer peripheral surface of the stator core. The heat-conducting member is embedded in a molded portion with the stopper surface contacting the end surface of the stator core and the extended portion contacting the outer peripheral surface of the stator core.
