摘要: A seat reclining apparatus includes a folding operation lever displacing a reclining lock mechanism to a lock release position. When the folding operation lever is operated to a folding operation position, the reclining lock mechanism is displaced from a lock position to the lock release position. A seatback is displaced to a folded position by a biasing force of a folding biasing unit. A neutral position returning unit that retains a releasing lever disposed between the folding operation lever and the reclining lock mechanism when the seatback is inclined forward beyond a predetermined neutral position, and does not retain the releasing lever when the seatback is inclined rearward beyond the neutral position is further provided. A configuration for returning the seatback to the neutral position can be provided by a simple structure and only a slight design change at a lower production cost, and assembling is performed simply.

摘要: Plural composite panels are aligned in multiple horizontal rows. Each composite panel includes a titanium panel (anode), an electrical insulating member and a stainless-steel band member. The titanium panels (also, stainless-steel band members) of horizontally adjacent panels overlap each other to be in face-to-face contact. The stainless-steel band members are horizontally connected at different levels to form long negative electrodes (cathode) extending in seawater-flowing direction in an inlet channel. Each stainless-steel band member is exposed to seawater through a gap between vertically adjacent composite panels.

摘要: A ratchet-type lever mechanism including two ratchet gear wheels and a bifurcated ratchet pawl member for selective meshed engagement with one of the two ratchet gear wheels. The bifurcated ratchet pawl member is simply bent from a plate material into such an offset configuration having a first toothed pawl portion and a second toothed pawl portion bent from that first one in an offset manner so that the two pawl portions are in correspondence with the respective two ratchet gear wheels. This ratchet-type lever mechanism has a simplified connection structure allowing both of the bifurcated ratchet member and an operating lever to be securely connected on an input shaft, whereby the input shaft is made short in length, thereby making thin a whole size of the lever mechanism. A restriction element for rotation of the bifurcated ratchet pawl member may also be mounted on that input shaft for that purpose.

摘要: A part transporting apparatus comprises: a guiding groove for lining up parts in one row and guiding the parts; a transporting member which is provided at the base of the guiding groove and transports the parts in a forward direction by itself moving forwards and backwards along the groove; and a driving means for reciprocally driving the transporting member in the forward and backward directions; wherein the transporting member is advanced slowly and retracted rapidly, so as to transport the parts forwards. Provided to this arrangement are: a stopper which operates so as to open and close in the width direction of the guiding groove, and hold the second part from the front of the row of parts being transported on the upper plane of the transporting member; and a synchronizing means for opening and closing the stopper synchronously with the reciprocal forward and backward movement of the transporting member; wherein, once the stopper holds the second part, the transporting member further moves forward, thereby separating the first part in the row from the second part. Such an arrangement provides for an apparatus for transporting parts, wherein the first part and second part can be separated in a sure manner even in the event that the parts are non-magnetic material, and wherein ease of extracting of the first part is facilitated.

摘要: A component feeder is provided in which damage to chip components is minimized, being capable of efficiently discharging chip components aligned in a line. A bulk case is attached on the top portion of an outer storage housing capable of being supplied by a large number of chip components. Chip components are supplied from the outer storage housing to an inner housing of a component-storage housing via a supplying path. A predetermined number of the chip components in the inner housing is fed at a time to the outer housing via a communicating path in accordance with rotation of a rotary drum so as to be dropped into an aligning groove and aligned by a lug member of the rotary drum. The number of components in the outer housing is reduced, resulting in high efficiency of aligning and reduced damage to components. The chip components slide down on the aligning groove to be discharged to a discharge path, via the gate, aligned in a line.

摘要: A reduction gear unit which comprises a housing, an input shaft rotatably supported in the housing, an eccentric cam member integrally fixed on the input shaft, an idler gear rotatably provided around the eccentric cam member, and a drive plate member provided integrally with an output shaft member, the drive plate member being rotatably supported in a coaxial relation with the input shaft.
