摘要： In a method of forming an access route to the bile duct, a needle is introduced into a duodenum, and the introduced needle is pierced into an oral side projection of a duodenal papilla, which is located at an oral position than an opening of the duodenal papilla. The tip of the pierced needle is made to reach the inside of the bile duct to form a tunnel communicating the duodenum and the bile duct, and a treatment device is inserted into the formed tunnel.

摘要： A motorcycle with an increased rigidity portion for supporting a storage box. A body frame includes a main frame extending rearward and obliquely downward from a head pipe. Left and right seat rails are connected to the rear portion of the main frame and extend rearward and obliquely upward. Left and right backstays extend between and are connected to the left and right seat rails and the rear end of the main frame. A storage box is disposed such that its bottom is positioned above a connection part of the main frame and the backstays, and the storage box has front and rear attachment parts secured to the seat rails. The front and rear attachment parts are separately disposed, respectively, forward and rearward of a vertical line that passes through the connection part.

摘要： A structure for protecting a passenger of a vehicle includes a vehicle body of the vehicle; an interior material arranged on an inner side of the vehicle body, which faces an interior of the vehicle; an airbag which is stored between the vehicle body and the interior material, and is deployed toward the interior; and an attachment device for attaching the interior material to the vehicle body in a manner such that the interior material is movable to a distant position at which the airbag is deployable. The structure also has a forcing device, provided to the interior material, for forcing the interior material toward the vehicle body, or a returning device, provided to the interior material, for returning the interior material toward the vehicle body. The forcing device may be an elastic body coupled with the interior material and the vehicle body.

The front fender half has left and right sidewalls (rear end portions), and the rear fender half has left and right sidewalls (front end portions). The bent piece includes a sideward extending portion which inwardly extends in a width direction of the vehicle from the fixing base, and a downward extending portion which downwardly extends from the sideward extending portion and to which the first attaching base is connected. A second interior component is arranged between a space surrounded by the panel member and the bent piece.

摘要： A vehicle rear body structure is disclosed having a flat portion formed on a rear floor panel, a bottom portion of a spare tire resting concave portion lower in height than the flat portion, and a front wall connecting the flat portion and the bottom portion to one another and sloped downwardly rearwardly. A front wall reinforcing member for reinforcing the front wall is mounted along an inclined surface of the front wall. The front wall reinforcing member limits deformation of the front wall by guiding the spare tire along the inclined surface when the spare tire is moved forward. As a result, a distance between the front wall and a fuel tank disposed below the front wall and the flat portion is reduced for thereby enabling the fuel tank to have an increased volume.
