摘要: Provided is a composition for a lightweight heat-insulating material having high heat-insulating properties. The composition for a heat-insulating material contains a fibrous material, inorganic foamed particles, a thermosetting resin, and a foaming agent. Since the composition for a heat-insulating material contains the inorganic foamed particles and the foaming agent in addition to the fibrous material and the thermosetting resin, the weight can be reduced and the thermal conductivity can be lowered due to the inorganic foamed particles having low specific gravity. Further, the thermosetting resin is caused to foam by the foaming agent, and the weight can be reduced and the thermal conductivity can be lowered. A lightweight heat-insulating material having high-insulating properties can be obtained.

摘要: In order to provide a light heat insulating member having both an extremely low thermal conductivity and a high heat resistance in an atmosphere, in which pressure is reduced, a core member consisting of accumulated heat resisting inorganic fiber is put between a high temperature side skin member and a low temperature side skin member made of heat resisting fiber textile and these three members are tied all together in one body by sewing, using heat resisting inorganic fiber thread. It is possible to reduce the thermal conductivity to an extremely small value by adding a material having a high emissivity (SiC powder, SiC whisker) to the core member and to prevent scattering of material constructing the core member by covering side wall parts of the core member by the high temperature skin member.

摘要: A method of vacuum-assisted RTM includes disposing a resin distribution medium on one surface of a reinforcing-fiber substrate, covering the whole with a bag material, reducing the pressure inside the bag material, and injecting a resin into the resin distribution medium to distribute the resin substantially in in-plane directions and then impregnate the resin into the reinforcing-fiber substrate in the thickness direction. The method is characterized in that the flow resistance of the resin distribution medium itself during resin distribution is changed in in-plane directions of the reinforcing-fiber substrate, in accordance with a difference in fiber weight per unit area or density between parts to be impregnated with resin of the reinforcing-fiber substrate present in a plane direction of the reinforcing-fiber substrate, or in accordance with a difference in distance from a resin impregnation initiation part to a resin impregnation completion part between parts to be impregnated with resin of the reinforcing-fiber substrate present in a plane direction of the reinforcing-fiber substrate.
