    摘要: A pulp molding production line includes a forming machine, a pulp molding manipulator and a press. The pulp molding manipulator having a mounted transfer device which includes a wet blank transfer mold having an interior airtight air chamber. A front face of the wet blank transfer mold is provided with at least one recessed matching cavity that can be sleeved on an outside of a wet pulp blank product that is recessed toward the airtight air chamber, and the recessed matching cavity matches the product. An inner wall and a bottom of the recessed matching cavity are respectively provided with a plurality of small communicating holes. A back face of the wet blank transfer mold is connected to a moving frame through a guide mechanism. A driver connects between the back of the wet blank transfer mold and a moving frame which is provided with uniformly spaced vacuum cups.

    摘要: A rotating pulp suction and robot transfer molding machine includes: a frame and a pulp container located at an inner bottom of the frame. A pulp container drive mechanism is connected to the pulp container and drives the pulp container to move up and down. A pulp suction vacuum pipeline is arranged horizontally and two ends thereof are rotatably connected on the frame. A pulp suction mold is fixed on the middle of the pulp suction vacuum pipeline and connected thereto by a vacuumizing connecting structure. An extrusion mechanism downwardly engages with the pulp suction mold and extrudes pulp to prepare a wet blank of pulp product. A robot is mounted with a transfer mold and used to transfer the wet blank to outside of the frame. A high-low pressure sprinkler pipe is horizontally slidably connected with the frame and transversely arranged above the pulp suction vacuum pipeline.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a plant molding process and device which the process includes: forming a pulp enveloping layer of molding products by dewatering paper serous fluid; forming a plant pulp layer of molding products by dewatering plant serous fluid; laminating the pulp enveloping layer and the plant pulp layer and processing non-fibrous material of the plant pulp layer to make it migrate toward the pulp envelope layer thereby combining them together. The plant molding device includes a vessel for containing slurry, a mold unit connected to the vessel by a transmission line and realized product transmission by a guiding device. This process can use different components of plants to help shape and improve strength, and to achieve 99% plant material utilization rate, energy conservation and environmental protection. The device is of intelligent operation, low manual intervention, low cost, high production efficiency and product yield.

    摘要: A dredging slurry system with a pulp tank is introduced, which is applied for a wet paper pulp molding apparatus. The system comprises the pulp tank, a dredging slurry mold seat, an activating unit, a slurry-physical-feature detection unit and at least one inflow unit and a control unit. The slurry-physical-feature detection unit is used to detect at least one physical feature from a slurry within the pulp tank, during a plurality of different stages, thereby relatively outputting a physical feature data. The control unit is used to control the at least one inflow unit to a manner whether to pour a newly-added slurry into the pulp tank or not, depending upon the physical feature data.
