Abstract: To select a storage device suitable for storing data necessary for operation of an application in a system accompanying a dynamic configuration change. A computer system includes: a device configured to execute a processing in accordance with an application; a storage device configured to store application data for operating the application; and a control system, in which the control system is configured to specify the storage device which is operating from the present and at the time of changing a configuration of the computer system based on configuration change schedule information for managing a change schedule of the configuration of the computer system, select the storage device to store the application data from the specified storage device, and arrange the application data in the selected storage device before the configuration of the computer system is changed.

Abstract: A receiver mounted on a vehicle moving on a route manages an operation profile that stores data in which a section that is a part of the route and a communication quality in the section are associated, and can receive a first traffic and a second traffic having a lower priority than the first traffic. The receiver determines a section having a good communication quality to a transmission section where the second traffic can be transmitted with reference to the operation profile, and generates control information for controlling transmission of the second traffic not to hinder transmission of the first traffic when the vehicle is located in the transmission section.

Abstract: A data collection system pertaining to one embodiment of the present invention collects time-series data which is output from sensors installed on equipment which is a monitored object and carries out detecting an abnormality of the equipment. The data collection system stores plural fault models as data for comparison with time-series data and, in a learning process, determines a range to examine within time-series data by comparing the time-series data with each one of the fault models. An abnormality detection process includes extracting a partial frequency spectrum to examine from the frequency spectrum of time-series data, using information on the range to examine within the time-series data determined through the learning process, and carrying out detecting an abnormality of the equipment using the extracted frequency spectrum.
