Abstract:
A position information acquisition system has a terminal and a position information acquisition server for acquiring position information for the terminal. The terminal has a radio wave intensity measurement unit for receiving first radio wave intensities of radio waves received by a plurality of access points and associating the received first radio wave intensities with access point identifiers, and a moving/stationary determination unit for determining whether the terminal is moving or stationary. The position information acquisition server has a position information table in which second radio wave intensities of radio waves received from the plurality of access points are associated with position information, and a radio-wave-intensity/position conversion unit for retrieving second radio wave intensities corresponding to the received first radio wave intensities, and acquiring position information corresponding to the retrieved second radio wave intensities.

Provided is a query generating method for generating a query which processes an inputted data stream with a computer provided with a processor and memory, said method comprising: a first step of the computer separating the inputted data stream into a required column and an optional column, and loading a template which defines a process with respect to the required column; and a second step of the computer separating the inputted data stream into a required column and an optional column, processing the required columns with the template, and generating a query which outputs the result of the processing of the template and the optional column as one instance of data.

A computer system, comprising a plurality of computers; and a management computer, wherein a plurality of data stores which store data obtained from a data source and having differing attributes, wherein the management computer has a request allocation unit and holds metadata management information. The request allocation unit is configured to: refer to the metadata management information to select a candidate data store based on analysis results of the data obtaining request including the time attribute of the requested data; determine whether the requested data can be obtained from the candidate data store; determine a data store to which to issue a request for obtaining the requested data; and issue the request to the determined data store.

A search system executes: a first write procedure of extracting, for data in a data sequence, metadata from the data in input order and writing the metadata into a first storage module in association with identification information uniquely identifying the data; a second write procedure of writing, in parallel with the first write procedure, the data in the data sequence into a second storage module in input order in association with the identification information, and writing the identification information in the second storage module into a third storage module; a reception procedure of receiving a search request including a first search condition relating to search target. data; a search procedure of searching a search destination, which is selected from the first and third storage modules in accordance with the search request received, for the identification information satisfying the first search condition; and an output procedure of outputting a search result.
