Abstract: A motor with an inner fan includes a rotor rotating with a shaft, a stator opposing the outer peripheral surface of the rotor, an end ring connected to the rotor, stator wiring connected to the stator, a fan rotating with the shaft through a sleeve, a fan guide opposing the tip end of the blade outer periphery of the fan, and a frame storing the rotor, the stator, the fan, the fan guide, the end ring, and the stator wiring. The rotor includes an axial duct penetrating the rotor in the axial direction of the rotor and a radial duct communicating with the axial duct and penetrating the rotor radially from the inside to the outside of the rotor. The fan is an inner fan arranged inside the frame, the inner fan is of a diagonal flow type, and the discharge direction of the inner fan is the inward direction.

Abstract: A field winding type synchronous motor includes an exciter 4 and, after starting by forming a short circuit of a field winding 10, excites the field winding by using the exciter, and includes a starting control circuit 30 that outputs a control signal controlling On/Off of a first opening/closing device, in which the exciter and the field winding are connected through the first opening/closing device 1. Abstract: There is provided a rotary electric machine that ensures improving a maximum torque and a rated power factor while reducing an increase in a starting current. In view of this, the rotary electric machine includes a shaft, a rotor, and a stator. The rotor is fixed to an outer periphery of the shaft. The stator is located so as to surround an outer periphery of the rotor. The rotor includes a rotor iron core including a plurality of rotor slots located at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction and rotor bars inserted into the rotor slots. Rotor slits communicate with outer peripheral sides of the rotor slots. The rotor slits have a width ws in a circumferential direction. The width ws is smaller than a height hs in a radial direction of the rotor slit, and when a rated current is denoted as I1, a turn ratio (primary/secondary) is denoted as Tr, and a magnetic permeability in a vacuum is denoted as μ0, a relationship of ws>μ0×I1×Tr/0.6 is met.

Abstract: A field winding type synchronous motor comprises a stator, a rotor with field windings, a brushless exciter, and a rectification circuit rectifying an output of the brushless exciter. A first circuit in parallel with the field windings includes a discharge resistor and a first switching device with a backward diode. The discharge resistor and the first switching device are connected in series. A second switching device is provided in one of the DC lines connecting the first circuit and the rectification circuit. The first switching device is controlled by a potential obtained by resistor dividing of an induced voltage in the field windings and a connection from the potential via a diode to anode adjacent to the rectification circuit on the one of the DC lines with the second switching device thereon. The second switching device is closed in a synchronous speed.
