Abstract:
A network system comprises a communication facility, and a management apparatus. The communication facility includes a wireless base station, a data processing apparatus, and communication processing apparatuses. The management apparatus manages resource management information for managing, as a resource, a value of an item to be set for the communication facility to generate a network slice for each of characteristics of the network slice. The management apparatus generates the network slice, refers, based on a characteristic of the network slice, to the resource management information to determine the value of the item and transmits, to the communication facility, first setting information for setting the determined value of the item. The management apparatus generates a transfer rule by associating identification information on a wireless terminal and identification information on the data processing apparatus with each other and transmits, to the communication facility, second setting information for setting the transfer rule.
Abstract:
An information processing apparatus includes: processors to which a plurality of tasks are respectively allocated; a task execution history recording unit that records the task execution time of each of the plurality of tasks as a history; a score calculation unit that calculates a score indicating the degree of resource contention of the processor based on the task execution time; and a processor allocation unit that changes the allocation of the task based on the score.
Abstract:
A network management system comprising: a network including a plurality of packet relay apparatuses; wherein the plurality of packet relay apparatuses include first packet relay apparatuses, second packet relay apparatuses, and third packet relay apparatuses located downstream of the first packet relay apparatuses and the second packet relay apparatuses, wherein each of the third packet relay apparatuses has a first path coupled to one of the first packet relay apparatuses to send and receive traffic and a second path coupled to one of the second packet relay apparatuses and being in a blocking state, a management computer includes: a state information collection unit for acquiring state information on the first to the third packet relay apparatuses; and a power management unit for selecting a candidate packet relay apparatus to be deactivated satisfying predetermined conditions based on the state information.
Abstract:
An information setting system includes a representative setting device and a remote setting device in a wireless communication facility. The remote setting device manages remote management information including information indicating a correspondence relationship among a device identifier, a device name, and a setting object. The representative setting device acquires a device identifier, allocates a network identifier to the device, stores the acquired device identifier and the allocated network identifier, and transmits the device identifier to the remote setting device. The remote setting device specifies a device name and a setting object from the remote management information based on the device identifier, and transmits the device name and the setting object to the representative setting device. The representative setting device sets information conforming to the setting object to the device to which the network identifier is allocated, based on the device identifier and the network identifier corresponding to the device name.
Abstract:
A network is optimized quickly and flexibly according to a request from a user who conducts data communication, or a trend of the traffic. Plural packet transport devices have plural paths between the respective devices, and packets transmitted from plural packet transfer devices can be transferred on the path. A management control device calculates a path most suitable for transmitting the packet, identifies an identifier necessary for transferring the packet on the path, and sets the packet transfer devices so as to allocate the identifier to the packet from the user, and transport the packet to the packet transport devices.
