摘要: A battery monitoring system, comprises a battery state detection circuit that detects battery states of a plurality of battery cells that are connected in series, based on respective cell voltages of the plurality of battery cells, and a control circuit that monitors state of a battery cell, based on each cell voltage of the plurality of battery cells. The control circuit inputs pseudo voltage information to the battery state detection circuit, and thereby diagnoses whether or not the battery state detection circuit is operating normally.

摘要: An object of the present invention is to provide a control device and a control method for a storage battery, which calculates an appropriate maximum allowable input/output power that suppresses deterioration of the storage battery while suppressing deterioration of power performance of a vehicle when a current is continuously charged or discharged.When it is detected that charging or discharging is continuously performed over a predetermined duration time with respect to the maximum allowable charge power and the maximum allowable discharge power which can be input and output during the calculated predetermined duration time, the value of the maximum allowable charge power or the maximum allowable discharge power communicated to a vehicle controller on the basis of the state of charge or discharge is reduced based on the time during which charging or discharging is actually continued.

摘要: A battery control system connected to a battery, which controls charge/discharge at the battery, includes: a current detection unit that measures a current value by detecting a charge/discharge current flowing through the battery; a voltage detection unit that detects a voltage at the battery; a temperature detection unit that detects a temperature at the battery; an effective current value calculation unit that calculates, based upon the current value measured by the current detection unit, an effective current value in a predetermined time window; and a charge/discharge restriction unit that imposes a first charge/discharge restriction so as to restrict the charge/discharge current based upon the effective current value calculated by the effective current value calculation unit.

摘要: A battery controlling device includes: a voltage detecting unit configured to detect a closed-circuit voltage of a secondary battery; an open-circuit-voltage computing unit configured to compute an open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery; and an assembled-battery controlling unit configured to discriminate whether a computed value computed based on a voltage difference between the closed-circuit voltage and the open-circuit voltage of the secondary battery in a continuous predetermined period is exceeding a permissible value determined in advance or not. If the computed value is exceeding the permissible value determined in advance, the assembled-battery controlling unit outputs a signal that carries out charge/discharge restriction of the secondary battery.
