    摘要: A liquid crystal device includes a plurality of selection lines, a plurality of signal lines, a plurality of pixel portions, a plurality of photosensor portions, a plurality of first power lines, and a plurality of sense lines. The plurality of selection lines are provided in a line direction. The plurality of signal lines are provided in a column direction. The plurality of pixel portions are provided at positions corresponding to intersections of the selection lines and the signal lines. The plurality of photosensor portions are provided in correspondence with a portion of the plurality of pixel portions. The plurality of first power lines are provided in the line direction. The plurality of sense lines are provided in the column direction. Each of the plurality of pixel portions includes a first switching element and a liquid crystal.

    摘要: A light emitting unit is positioned to the subject side than a light receiving unit in a sensing device. The light emitting unit includes a light emitting layer, a first electrode, a second electrode which has an opening, and an insulating layer that is provided at a position that corresponds to the opening portion of the second electrode and that partially insulates the first electrode and the second electrode. The light receiving unit includes a light receiving element that receives reflected light. The light blocking layer is provided at a position that corresponds to the opening portion, and an opening portion is formed thereon. In a case when viewed in a plan view, the light blocking layer overlaps the opening portion, and a light receiving face of the light receiving element is positioned within the opening.

    摘要: An electro-optical device includes a plurality of data lines, a plurality of scan lines, and a plurality of unit circuits disposed to correspond to respective intersections of the plurality of data lines and the plurality of scan lines, where each of the plurality of data lines is supplied with a data potential corresponding to a level of gray scale and each of the plurality of scan lines is supplied with a scan signal which defines a writing period that it takes the data potential to be loaded into the corresponding unit circuit, in which each of the plurality of unit circuits includes a drive transistor for generating a driving current corresponding to a potential of a gate thereof, an electro-optical element displaying a level of gray scale corresponding to the driving current, a capacitive element having a first electrode and a second electrode, an electric supply line which is electrically connected to the second electrode in an initialization period other than the writing period and which is supplied with a predetermined potential, a first switching element for electrically connecting the gate and a drain of the drive transistor to each other during at least the initialization period, and a second switching element for controlling electrical connection and disconnection between the data line and the first electrode on the basis of the scan signal, where the second electrode is connected to the gate and the electric supply line extends in a direction so as not to intersect the scan line.

    摘要: A unit circuit includes an electro-optical element, a first capacitive element, a second capacitive element, a third capacitive element, a drive transistor, a first switching element, an initialization unit, and a compensation unit. The electro-optical element emits an amount of light in accordance with a magnitude of a drive current. The first capacitive element includes a first electrode and a second electrode, the first electrode is electrically connected to a first node, and the second electrode is capable of receiving a fixed potential. The second capacitive element includes a third electrode and a fourth electrode, the third electrode is electrically connected to a second node, and the fourth electrode is capable of receiving a fixed potential. The third capacitive element includes a fifth electrode and a sixth electrode, the fifth electrode is electrically connected to the first node, and the sixth electrode is electrically connected to the second node. The drive transistor includes a gate, a source, and a drain and outputs the drive current in a driving period. The gate thereof is electrically connected to the second node. In a data writing period, the first switching element is in an on state and supplies to the first node a data potential supplied via a data line. The initialization unit causes the third capacitive element to discharge charges stored therein in an initialization period. The compensation unit electrically connects the source and the drain of the drive transistor together in a compensation period.
