A material comprising a resin, which for example contains an acrylate enriched with a filler, is used as materials for the tube. By mixing photoinitiators into the material comprising the resin of the tube, the tube material of the tube can be cured by irradiation with ultraviolet light. The use of a material comprising resin in the production of the tube of the optical transmission element allows thin buffering layers to be produced at a high material processing speed.
