    Abstract: A method and an apparatus for detecting a solar cell of a photovoltaic plant. The method includes: obtaining a first infrared image and a second infrared image, where the first infrared image includes infrared image information corresponding to an ambient infrared signal reflected by a to-be-detected solar cell operating in a short-circuit state, the second infrared image includes infrared image information corresponding to an infrared signal emitted by the to-be-detected solar cell operating in a first state and infrared image information corresponding to an ambient infrared signal reflected by the to-be-detected solar cell, and the first state is another state other than the short-circuit state; and detecting, based on the first infrared image and the second infrared image, whether the to-be-detected solar cell has a defect.

    Abstract: A converter and a power backfeed control method applied to a photovoltaic power generation system are provided. The power backfeed control method includes: controlling, according to a backfeed instruction, the converter to enter a backfeed mode, where in the backfeed mode, the converter can transmit energy of the power grid to a selected photovoltaic string with a corresponding number; determining a backfeed control voltage according to the backfeed instruction, and determining a voltage limit in a process of determining the backfeed control voltage; determining an actual backfeed voltage based on the backfeed control voltage and the voltage limit, where the actual backfeed voltage is a smaller one of the backfeed control voltage and the voltage limit; and controlling the converter to output the actual backfeed voltage to the selected photovoltaic string, to enable the selected photovoltaic string to generate an electroluminescent effect.

    Abstract: A photovoltaic cell detection method includes determining a first output power working at a first voltage and a second output power working at a second voltage, where a difference between the first output power and the second output power is less than a power difference threshold, and where both the first output power and the second output power are greater than 0; controlling the photovoltaic cell to work at the first voltage, and obtaining first infrared image information of the photovoltaic cell; and controlling the photovoltaic cell to work at the second voltage, and obtaining second infrared image information of the photovoltaic cell, where both the first infrared image information and the second infrared image information are used to jointly detect whether the photovoltaic cell is faulty.

    Abstract: In a detection condition determining method, a control center obtains a working parameter value of a target photovoltaic device in a first time length closest to a current time point, where the working parameter value of the target photovoltaic device may be provided for the control center by a photovoltaic inverter coupled to the target photovoltaic device. The control center detects the target photovoltaic device in response to the control center determining, based on the working parameter value, that an environmental parameter value of the target photovoltaic device meets an environmental parameter threshold. Using the method helps reduce operation and maintenance costs of a photovoltaic power station.
