Abstract: This disclosure provides an energy storage apparatus, an energy storage apparatus control method, and a photovoltaic system. The energy storage apparatus includes: a plurality of battery clusters, a plurality of conversion units, a start unit, and a controller. The controller includes a plurality of control units. The start unit is configured to: after receiving a start signal, control a control switch in at least one battery cluster to close, to start a control unit corresponding to the battery cluster. The control unit is configured to: determine, based on a state of the control switch in the battery cluster, whether a black start mode is on; and when determining that the black start mode is on, control a DC-DC converter in the corresponding conversion unit to release electric energy stored in a battery pack in the corresponding battery cluster, to energize a direct current bus.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, an energy storage system includes energy storage container that a temperature control system, a battery cluster, and a controller. The controller determines a specified temperature of the temperature control system corresponding to a maximum difference between an available capacity of the battery cluster and a power consumption of the temperature control system as a target temperature. The determination of the specified temperature is based on: a correspondence between the available capacity of the battery cluster and a plurality of different specified temperatures in a specified temperature set of the temperature control system, and a correspondence between the power consumption of the temperature control system and the plurality of different specified temperatures in the specified temperature set of the temperature control system. The temperature control system is configured to adjust a temperature inside the energy storage container to the target temperature.

The controller controls each bypass circuit based on a first parameter value of each battery pack, so that electricity quantities of battery packs are balanced.

Abstract: This application provides an energy storage system and an energy storage system detection method. The method includes: A first control unit sends a first instruction to a first battery cluster to change an output voltage of the first battery cluster. The first control unit obtains a first input voltage and a second input voltage that are of each of a plurality of power conversion units. The first control unit determines, based on the first instruction, and the first input voltage and the second input voltage that are of each of the plurality of power conversion units, whether each of the plurality of power conversion units is connected to the first battery cluster. On this basis, whether there is a connection error in the energy storage system is determined. Then, a security risk in the system is eliminated.

Abstract: A linkage protection system includes an inverter, an anti-potential-induced degradation (PID) apparatus, and an insulation-monitoring apparatus. The anti-PID apparatus is configured to inject a voltage into an input end or an output end of the inverter, to increase or decrease a voltage-to-earth of a photovoltaic system. The insulation-monitoring apparatus is configured to inject an insulation-monitoring voltage into a direct current (DC) side or an alternating current (AC) side of the inverter. The anti-PID apparatus and the insulation-monitoring apparatus directly or indirectly communicate with each other, to learn of information about whether a peer apparatus is operating, and perform linkage control. The anti-PID apparatus and the insulation-monitoring apparatus operate in different time periods.

Abstract: An energy storage system includes a battery cluster, a direct current converter, a controller, and at least one power conversion system. The energy storage system includes at least one direct current branch. The direct current branch includes a battery cluster and a direct current converter that are connected to each other. The direct current converter performs direct current conversion on a direct current provided by the battery cluster. Each battery cluster includes at least two energy storage modules that are connected in series. The controller controls the first equalization circuit, to balance electricity quantities of battery modules in the battery cluster, and allocates operating power to the power conversion system and the direct current converter. In this solution, impact of bucket effect on the energy storage system is reduced, so that a battery capacity can be more fully utilized.
