Abstract: This application provides example data packet transmission methods and example communications apparatuses. One example method includes receiving a data packet, where the data packet is in an undelivered state. The data packet can then be delivered during running of a reordering timer upon an arrival of a first delay cut-off moment corresponding to the data packet or an arrival of a second delay cut-off moment of an additional data packet before the data packet in a reordering window.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications device. The method includes: obtaining, by a first communications device, authorization information, where the authorization information indicates that a second communications device is a device that needs to perform time synchronization; and providing, by the first communications device, time information for the second communications device based on the authorization information; or obtaining, by the first communications device, authorization information, where the authorization information indicates that the second communications device is not a device that needs to perform time synchronization; and skipping, by the first communications device, providing time information for the second communications device based on the authorization information, to avoid broadcasting the time information to all communications devices, so that a time synchronization service can be provided for a specific communications device.

Abstract: A communication method and a device are provided. The method includes: Two thresholds are set on a terminal device side: a first threshold and a second threshold. A terminal device may determine a cause for a radio link failure RLF based on a value relationship between a measurement result of a radio signal and the two thresholds, and further may use different handling manners depending on different RLF causes. According to the foregoing method, the terminal device can more accurately locate the cause for the RLF, and perform corresponding handling, to quickly resume communication, meet a service requirement of an industrial scenario, and the like.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a content publishing method and a user equipment. The content publishing method includes: obtaining, by a first user equipment supporting a D2D function, a resource for broadcasting information of the first user equipment. The method also includes broadcasting, by the first user equipment, the information of the first user equipment on the obtained resource, so that a second user equipment obtains and sends the information of the first user equipment to a network-side device to set up a connection with the first user equipment, where the second user equipment supports the D2D function and is matched with the first user equipment.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a communications apparatus. The communication method includes: determining, by a transmit end device, a first moment, where the first moment is a moment when a receive end device needs to deliver first data to an upper layer of a communications protocol layer of the receive end device; and sending, by the transmit end device, first indication information and the first data, where the first information is used to instruct the receive end device to deliver the first data to the upper layer of the communications protocol layer of the receive end device at the first moment. The receive end device can be supported in determining the first moment based on the first indication information and delivering the first data to the upper layer of the communications protocol layer at the first moment.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a data processing method, a node, a structure, and an apparatus. The method includes: receiving, by an aggregation node, a first non-access stratum message sent by user equipment (UE), where the aggregation node includes at least two types of interfaces, and each type of interface is used to receive a first non-access stratum message of one radio access technology (RAT) type; converting, by the aggregation node, the first non-access stratum message into a non-access stratum message in a first format based on a RAT type of the first non-access stratum message, where the first format is a non-access stratum message transmission format supported between the aggregation node and a core-network control plane entity; and sending, by the aggregation node, the non-access stratum message in the first format to the core-network control plane entity. A sink design of the aggregation node saves sending and receiving resources of a core network and improves packet forwarding efficiency.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and an apparatus for semi-persistent scheduling (SPS). The method for semi-persistent scheduling includes: interacting, by a first user equipment, with a base station to obtain an SPS resource allocated by the base station; performing, by the first user equipment, device-to-device (D2D) communication with second user equipment by using the SPS resource; and after the D2D communication ends, sending, by the first user equipment, release indication information to the base station, so that the base station releases the SPS resource. In embodiments of the present disclosure, after D2D communication ends, the first user equipment sends a release indication message to a base station, so that the base station can release an SPS resource, preventing waste of resources.
