A network management method and a controller are provided. Elastic scaling of an in-network packet data network IN-PDN is implemented when UE is migrated or detached. In addition, service continuity in a local network of the UE can still be ensured when the UE is migrated or detached, and an IN-PDN resource that is no longer used is reclaimed in time, thereby avoiding a waste of the IN-PDN resource.

A method for configuring a path for intercepting user data, a method for intercepting user data, an apparatus, a system, a control plane entity and a user plane entity, the method for configuring the path for intercepting user data comprises: acquiring a target to be intercepted and an intercepting interface address; configuring data path configuration information on a user plane entity GW-U according to the target to be intercepted and the intercepting interface address; sending the data path configuration information to the user plane entity GW-U so that the GW-U establishes a path for data transmission; initiating an establishment of an intercepting connection of an intercepting interface to an intercepting entity based on the intercepting interface address so as to transmit the data of the target to be intercepted.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a random access method which includes: obtaining, by a user equipment, first information, where the first information indicates that a subframe of a physical random access channel (PRACH) resource is a subframe available for use after a licensed-assisted access (LAA) cell successfully preempts a channel, and the PRACH resource is allocated by a first base station serving the LAA cell for user equipments to access the LAA cell in a random access procedure; receiving, by the user equipment, a first indication sent by the first base station, where the first indication indicates that the LAA cell has successfully preempted a channel; and initiating, by the user equipment, the random access procedure according to the first information after receiving the first indication.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a mobile network communications method, communications apparatus, and communications system. The method includes: receiving, by a transport packet data network gateway, a data packet to be sent to a mobile node, and determining a home packet data network gateway of the mobile node according to IP address information of the mobile node; then sending a data connection establishment request message to the home packet data network gateway, to request to establish a data connection to a base station or a serving gateway at a location of the mobile node; and finally sending the data packet to the base station or the serving gateway through a channel of the data connection, or receiving a data packet that is sent by the base station or the serving gateway through a channel of the data connection.

A method for establishing a tunnel between local gateways, and a gateway are disclosed. The method includes: determining, by an RGW, that UE is handed over from an S-LGW to a T-LGW, where before the UE is handed over, a packet of a local service of the UE is forwarded by the S-LGW between the UE and an application server of the local service, and the local service includes a same service that is deployed on the S-LGW and that is accessed by the UE before and after the UE is handed over; sending, by the RGW to the S-LGW and the T-LGW respectively, a first request message and a second request message to request to establish a tunnel, where the tunnel is used to transmit the packet of the local service between the S-LGW and the T-LGW; and establishing the tunnel between the S-LGW and the T-LGW.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an anchor gateway switching method, apparatus, and system. The method includes: determining, by a control plane (CP) device, to switch a source anchor gateway; obtaining, by the CP device, location information of a terminal; determining, by the CP device, a target anchor gateway based on the location information; and sending, by the CP device, a modification request message to an software defined network (SDN) controller, where the modification request message includes an identifier of the terminal and an identifier of the target anchor gateway, the modification request message is used to notify the SDN controller to: update, based on the identifier of the terminal and the identifier of the target anchor gateway, a forwarding flow table corresponding to a downlink packet, and send an updated forwarding flow table to an SDN switch.

The present disclosure a service path changing method and apparatus, including: determining, by an MME, that a UE needs to be handed over from a first AG to a second AG; and instructing, by the MME, the UE to notify, according to bearer information used to perform service transmission between the second AG and the UE and assigned by the second AG, a service peer end that an IP address of the UE is changed from a first IP address assigned by the first AG to a second IP address assigned by the second AG. It is not required to add the first IP address assigned to the UE by the first AG into the IP address segment maintained by the second AG, and it is unnecessary to change routing information of a router in a PDN to route downlink data of the UE to the second AG.

The method includes: obtaining at least one policy from a modeling function network element; receiving a first policy identifier triggered by a first model from a prediction function network element, where the first policy identifier is used to identify a first policy; determining the first policy in the at least one policy based on the first policy identifier, where the first policy includes action information corresponding to the first action; executing the first action in the first policy; and sending an execution result of the first action to a data service function network element or the prediction function network element, where the execution result of the first action is used as input data of a second model.

The present disclosure relates to a user data processing apparatus and method, and a system. In the user data processing apparatus disclosure, an interface management unit receives user data; at least two service units process the user data, where the at least two service units include a session unit and at least one of a bearer unit, a service flow unit, or a content unit; the interface management unit determines the session unit configured to process the user data, and sends the received user data to the determined session unit; and the session unit determines another service unit configured to process the user data. After receiving the user data, the GW-U determines the service unit configured to process the user data, and processes the user data by using the service unit determined by the GW-U. This improves processing flexibility of the GW-U.
