    Abstract: A network access method and a terminal relate to the communications field, where the method includes obtaining, by the terminal, a priority of a first network service, determining, by the terminal according to a relationship between a network service priority and a network service class, a network service class required for performing the first network service, where the relationship is stored in the terminal, obtaining, by the terminal, a network service class of a first network currently accessed by the terminal, accessing, by the terminal, a second network whose network service class is higher than the network service class of the first network when the network service class of the first network is lower than the network service class required for performing the first network service, and performing the first network service using the second network.

    Abstract: A web page pushing method and apparatus, and a terminal, where the method includes receiving, by a first terminal, a response packet, which is sent by a network side to the first terminal, for a request packet for visiting a target web page, where the response packet includes an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the target web page, determining whether the first terminal stores the response packet, if the first terminal stores the response packet, forwarding the response packet to a second terminal, if the first terminal does not store the response packet, storing the response packet in the first terminal, and replacing the IP address of the target web page in the response packet with an IP address of a preset web page to obtain a target response packet, and sending the target response packet to the second terminal.

    Abstract: A software upgrade method and a device, which relate to the field of communications technologies. Software upgrade is performed for a terminal by using an access device located in a local area network, which avoids access to the Internet when software of the terminal is upgraded and reduces load or burden of a network. The method includes: receiving, by an access device, software information sent by at least one terminal device in a local area network in which the access device is located, and performing a comparison between the software information sent by the at least one terminal device and software information stored in the access device, to determine whether to-be-updated target software exists; if it is determined that to-be-updated target software exists in the at least one terminal device, transmitting update information of the target software to a terminal device corresponding to the target software.
