Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a pillar-shaped luneberg lens antenna and a pillar-shaped luneberg lens antenna array, and relate to the field of communications technologies, so that the pillar-shaped luneberg lens antenna can support dual polarization and improve a capacity of a communications system. The pillar-shaped luneberg lens antenna includes two metal plates that are parallel to each other and a pillar-shaped luneberg lens disposed between the two metal plates, the pillar-shaped luneberg lens includes a main layer and a compensation layer that are of the pillar-shaped luneberg lens, and the compensation layer is configured to compensate for equivalent dielectric constants of the main layer of the pillar-shaped luneberg lens in a TEM mode and/or a TE10 mode, so that distribution of equivalent dielectric constants of the pillar-shaped luneberg lens in the TEM mode and the TE10 mode is consistent with distribution of preset dielectric constants.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a network resource allocation method and apparatus, and a base station, pertaining to the wireless communications field. The method includes: receiving, by an evolved NodeB (eNB), a channel quality indicator (CQI) sent by a terminal; obtaining, by the eNB, a first modulation and coding scheme (MCS) of the terminal according to the CQI; allocating, by the eNB according to an amount of to-be-transmitted data and the first MCS, to the terminal a first resource block (RB) set required for transmitting the to-be-transmitted data; and adjusting, by the eNB, the first RB set according to a service type of the to-be-transmitted data and the first MCS.

Abstract: The embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus and a method for adjusting a control parameter. The method in the embodiment of the present invention includes: obtaining, by a base station, random access information reported by multiple user equipment (UEs), where the random access information includes a contention conflict indication and a number of times of sending a preamble; collecting, by the base station, statistics on the random access information including contention conflict indication indicating a non-contention conflict; determining, by the base station, a first random access probability according to the random access information including contention conflict indication indicating a non-contention conflict; and adjusting, by the base station, a first random access power control parameter according to the first random access probability, where the first random access power control parameter is a preamble-initial-received-target-power.
