Abstract: This application provides a terminal mode obtaining method and apparatus, and a device. The method includes: obtaining, by a first terminal device, at least two types of terminal information comprising terminal information of terminal devices that can use a shared resource pool, where the shared resource pool is shared by the terminal devices in at least two types of terminal modes, and the terminal information includes a terminal mode and a terminal type; receiving control information sent by a second terminal device, where the control information indicates that the second terminal device sends data on a first time-frequency resource in a first time period in the shared resource pool; and determining, based on the control information and the terminal information, a terminal mode that is of the second terminal device and that exists when the second terminal device sends data on the first time-frequency resource.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of vehicle to vehicle communications technologies, and provide a resource energy determining method and apparatus. An example method includes: obtaining, by first user equipment (UE), time-frequency resource indication information and resource cycle reservation information of second UE in a sensing time window of the first UE; determining, by the first UE, energy of a first resource based on the time-frequency resource indication information of the second UE; and determining, by the first UE, where a time-frequency domain location of the first resource in a transmission period in which the first resource is located is the same as a time-frequency domain location of each of the at least one second resource in a transmission period in which the second resource is located.

Abstract: This application provides a communication method and a terminal device. The communication method may include determining, by user equipment (UE), a candidate resource set on a first carrier, where the first carrier is a carrier on which a resource is currently to be selected, and the first carrier is used to transmit first data. The method may also include selecting, by the UE, a resource on the first carrier from the candidate resource set based on a preset condition, where the preset condition is determined based on resources selected by the UE on other carriers and one or more of the following: a quantity of transmit chains of the UE, a transmit power of the UE, a quantity of resource blocks occupied by the UE, a frequency domain spacing between a plurality of carriers or a plurality of frequency domain resources occupied by the UE, a carrier switching time of the UE, and a half-duplex limitation to the UE, the other carriers indicate all carriers on which the UE has currently selected a resource, and the other carriers are used to transmit second data. The method may also include sending, by the UE, the first data on the resource selected on the first carrier.

Abstract: Example scheduling assignment information transmission methods, systems, and devices are described. One example method includes obtaining, by a user equipment (UE), a multiplexing manner used to indicate a relationship between a time-frequency resource for transmitting scheduling assignment information and a time-frequency resource for transmitting data information. The UE receives downlink control information comprising scheduling assignment resource indication information sent by a network device, and obtains, based on the scheduling assignment resource indication information and the multiplexing manner, resource location information occupied to transmit the scheduling assignment information. The UE can then transmit the scheduling assignment information based on the resource location information occupied by the scheduling assignment information.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a backhaul link establishment method, a base station, and a device. The method includes: sending, by a base station, an offloading bearer request message to a first LPN according to a backhaul offloading establishment request message; receiving, by the base station, an offloading bearer acknowledgement message sent by the first LPN; sending, by the base station, an offloading bearer configuration message to a first UE-relay; and sending, by the base station, a received ID of a service bearer and received second S1 configuration information of the service bearer to a core network element by using an MME. In this way, backhaul load on uplink/downlink resources of the base station is reduced.
