Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide an uplink data transmission method, a timer configuration method, and a related device, where the uplink data transmission method is applied to a user equipment, and includes starting a timer when a first operation is performed on first data on a first transmission branch, and performing a third operation on second data when a second operation is not performed on the second data on a second transmission branch as timing of the tinier ends. Preprocessed data is allocated to two transmission branches by the user equipment.

Abstract: A method and an apparatus for waking up a wireless device to resolve a problem that power consumption and communication overheads are large during wake-up of a wireless device. The method includes obtaining, by a first wireless device, indication information of at least one second wireless device using a main communications circuit of the first wireless device, where the indication information includes at least one of a power saving requirement or wake-up capability information, determining, by the first wireless device, an operation mode of an auxiliary wake-up circuit of the first wireless device based on a quantity of second wireless devices or the indication information, and receiving, by the auxiliary wake-up circuit of the first wireless device based on the operation mode, a wake-up packet from the second wireless device to wake up the main communications circuit of the first wireless device.

Abstract: A cell search method and a communication apparatus. The method comprises: before performing cell search, a terminal device can determine, in combination with the historical access information of other terminal device, whether a cell exists at the position, and adjusts, according to the determination result, the value of the search parameter for cell search, for example, if a cell exists, the search is accelerated by adjusting the search parameter; if no cell exists, the search may not be performed or the search parameter may not be adjusted, so as to reduce unnecessary cell search performed by the terminal device, so that the power consumption of the terminal device can be reduced.

Abstract: A method for detecting symmetry of optical fibers and a device thereof are provided. The method includes: receiving, by a boundary clock, a first timestamp message carrying a first timestamp via a slave port, and a second timestamp message carrying a second timestamp via a passive port; and determining, by the boundary clock, symmetry of optical fibers according to at least the first timestamp and the second timestamp.
