    Abstract: Embodiments of this application relate to a method for controlling service flow transmission. One example method includes: a session management network element obtains a first TMBR of a service flow transmitted in a session by using a first access technology and a guaranteed bandwidth of a first GBR service flow, where the TMBR indicates a TMBR of service flows transmitted in the session by using the first access technology. The session management network element sends first information to a data plane network element, where the first information is used by the data plane network element to determine one or more of the following information of the session: a first AMBR, a second AMBR corresponding to the first access technology, and a second TMBR. A second AMBR indicates an AMBR of a non-GBR service flow transmitted in the session by using the first access technology.

    Abstract: Example connection processing methods in a multi-access scenario and apparatus are described. One example method includes receiving a second transmission message by a session management functional entity from a mobility management functional entity. The session management functional entity determines whether establishment of a multi-access PDU session is allowed based on session subscription data of user equipment. In response to determining that the establishment of the multi-access PDU session is allowed, the session management functional entity sends an N4 session establishment or update request message to a user plane functional entity. The user plane functional entity sends a connection establishment reply message to the session management functional entity.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a communication method, a device, and a system, to resolve an out-of-order problem caused by per-packet traffic splitting.     Abstract: In a connection reactivation method, a connection of a PDU session established by user equipment on a N3GPP side is reactivated through communications via a 3GPP network. The user equipment accesses both the 3GPP and the N3GPP network and is originally in an idle state on the N3GPP network. An access and mobility management function entity receives a first message from a session management function entity to reactivate the PDU session connection of the user equipment. The access and mobility management function entity sends a second message to the user equipment via the 3GPP access network to instruct the user equipment to reactivate the connection of the PDU session.

    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide an access point name (APN) authorization method, apparatus, and system.     Abstract: Various embodiments provide a session establishment method and system, and a device, to resolve a prior-art problem that NAS message transfer cannot be separated from session user plane establishment and application in some scenarios is limited. In those embodiment, under the establishment method, a first non-access stratum (NAS) message is sent by a terminal to a first access network device corresponding to a first access technology, where the first NAS message is used to request to establish a session. A second NAS message from the first access network device can be received by the terminal, where the second NAS message carries an identifier of a user plane function network element. A session establishment procedure can be initiated by the terminal between the terminal and the user plane function network element based on the identifier of the user plane function network element by using a second access technology.
