    Abstract: This application provides an inductor, an oscillator, and a terminal device, and relates to the field of inductor technologies. The inductor includes one primary conductive segment, at least two first conductive sub-segments, and at least one switch. Two ends of the primary conductive segment are respectively connected to two primary ports. At least two taps are disposed on the primary conductive segment. One end of the first conductive sub-segment is connected to one of the taps, and the other end of the first conductive sub-segment is connected to one tap port. The at least one switch includes a first switch disposed between the at least two taps, and/or a second switch disposed on any one or more of the first conductive sub-segments.

    Abstract: This application provides a chip apparatus, including a die, a first bond pad, a second bond pad, and a first solder pad. The first bond pad and the second bond pad are disposed on an upper surface of the die. A first power module and a second power module are disposed in the die. The first power module is coupled to the first bond pad. The second power module is coupled to the second bond pad. The first solder pad is separately coupled to an external power supply of the chip apparatus, the first bond pad, and the second bond pad. According to the foregoing technical solution, isolation between different power modules is improved, and noise transmitted on a power supply path can be better filtered out. This improves power supply noise performance of the chip apparatus.

    Abstract: A radio frequency antenna switch includes an antenna port, a radio frequency signal port, and at least one branch connected to the antenna port or the radio frequency signal port, where each branch includes multiple transistors which are connected in a stacked manner. Each transistor in the multiple transistors has a multi-finger structure, comprising at least one first finger used as a source and at least one second finger used as a drain. Each first finger is connected, using multiple first vias, to a source corresponding to the first finger, and each second finger is connected, using multiple second vias, to a drain corresponding to the second finger. The number of the first vias and the number of the second vias of a preset number of transistors in the multiple transistors progressively decrease in a direction away from the antenna port.
