Abstract: A packet forwarding method to shorten a transmission latency of an elephant flow is provided. In the method, for a first packet flow used as an elephant flow, a network device may receive a plurality of packets of the first packet flow, and determine a characteristic parameter of the first packet flow based on the plurality of packets, where the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow is used to indicate a transmission latency of the first packet flow. After determining the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow, the network device determines a forwarding policy of the first packet flow based on the characteristic parameter of the first packet flow. The forwarding policy of the first packet flow is used to indicate latency sensitivity of the first packet flow.

Abstract: A service flow scheduling method and apparatus, and a system. When transmission quality of a service flow with a higher priority does not meet a service level requirement corresponding to the service flow, a first network device adjusts, to a first threshold, a transmission rate threshold of an HQoS model for a service flow with a lower priority, where the first threshold is less than a current data transmission rate of the service flow with a lower priority. By performing traffic shaping on the service flow with a lower priority, a bandwidth resource of a downlink port of the first network device may give way to the service flow with a higher priority, to ensure that the service flow with a higher priority meets the service level requirement of the service flow with a higher priority.

Abstract: A vehicle control method and an apparatus using the vehicle control method are provided.
