    摘要: The invention relates to a feeder device (1) for insertion machines for printed circuit boards, comprising a housing, a drive motor (3, 3′), a gear unit (5) and a pin wheel (6) engaging with a transport tape. The drive motor and the gear unit are arranged on a common side wall (2) of the housing such that the axles thereof are perpendicular to the side wall. It is the object of the invention to provide a narrow structural design of the feeder device, which also allows easy mounting. To this end, the rotor (14, 14′) of the drive motor (3) is rotatably mounted on only one axle (4, 4′) which is fixedly connected to the side wall (2) of the housing.

A narrow structural design of the feeder device can be provided, which also allows easy mounting. To this end, the rotor of the drive motor is rotatably mounted on only one axle which is fixedly connected to the side wall of the housing.

    摘要: The present invention relates to a method of establishing a press fit of a component with a mounting hole on a shaft. It aims at providing a method that allows exact positioning of the component to be mounted on the shaft as well as a flexible way of use. To this end, the method is so conceived that an inner surface of the mounting hole of the component and/or a circumferential surface of the shaft is/are partially fused so that calotte-shaped projections protruding beyond the inner surface of the mounting hole and/or the circumferential surface of the shaft will form, that the component and/or the shaft is/are subsequently cooled, so that the calotte-shaped projections will solidify, and that the component is then slipped onto the shaft until the mounting hole is positioned in a fastening area of the shaft. In addition, the present invention also relates to components for establishing a press fit of a shaft-hub connection.

    摘要: A phase grating is provided in this length or angle measuring apparatus, which operates by interference. A beam striking the phase grating from a laser is diffracted into .+-.1st order beams at the phase grating. The diffracted .+-.1st order beams are reflected at retroreflecting elements and, diffracted once again at the phase grating, and made to interfere in pairs. The modulations in intensity of the two-beam interferences are converted by detectors into electrical signals that are phase-displaced from one another. The diffraction grating is configured such that at least one partial beam cluster of the zero order of diffraction is involved in the formation of at least one of the two-beam interferences.

The spring washer can include an outer ring and an inner ring that is coaxially arranged with respect to the outer ring. An axis is defined by the two rings. Outer and inner rings are connected through several resilient connection rods. Resilient cantilevered rods can be provided which extend from one of the rings in between the connection rods and which have a free end at the opposite positioned ring. Thereby, the cantilevered rods can be axially bent up such that the free end has an axial offset.
