A permanent magnet synchronous electric machine includes a stator and a rotor. Multiple wire grooves are provided peripherally on the stator, coils are provided within the wire grooves, and a stator tooth is provided between adjacent wire grooves. Multiple magnetic groove sets are provided peripherally within the rotor, each of the magnetic groove sets includes at least two magnetic steel grooves, with permanent magnets placed within the magnetic steel grooves, and a magnetic tunnel formed between the magnetic steel grooves. Of two adjacent magnetic tunnels, an end of one magnetic tunnel is opposite a wire groove and an end of the other magnetic tunnel is opposite a stator tooth. The permanent magnet synchronous electric machine has a more steady output torque, and also reduces the noise and vibration provided during operation.

Disclosed are a polymer solar cell and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises: successively preparing on a clean glass substrate (1), a cathode (2), an electronic buffer layer (3) and an active layer (4) by the steps of dissolving poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and polymerized p-styrene sulphonic acid, dissolving zinc oxide into acetic acid to obtain a zinc oxide solution, mixing the zinc oxide solution with the solution of poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) and polymerized p-styrene sulphonic acid to obtain a mixed solution, spin-coating the mixed solution on the active layer (4) and then by drying to obtain the anode (5), and finally obtain the polymer solar cell.

Disclosed are a polymeric electroluminescent device and a method for preparing the same. The polymeric electroluminescent device includes an anode (20), a hole injecting layer (30), a hole transportation layer (40), a light-emitting layer (50), a hole barrier layer (60), an electron transportation layer (70), an electron injecting layer (80) and a cathode (90) laminated in succession, and the material for the hole barrier layer (60) is zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc sulphide or cadmium sulphide. In the polymeric electroluminescent device, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc sulphide or cadmium sulphide has a large particle size, and can scatter the light to improve extraction efficiency; at the same time, zinc oxide, magnesium oxide, zinc sulphide or cadmium sulphide has a high work function, which can excellently prevent transition of the holes and increase the recombination possibility of excitons, thereby improving the light-emitting efficiency of the polymeric electroluminescent device.

Disclosed is a motor rotor, comprising an iron core (10) and permanent magnets (20) provided inside the iron core (10). The iron core (10) is provided with sets of mounting grooves (30) on the iron core (10) in the peripheral direction of the iron core, each set of mounting grooves (30) comprising two or more mounting grooves (30) provided intermittently in the radial direction of the iron core (10). There are sets of permanent magnets (20), the individual permanent magnets (20) of each set of permanent magnets (20) correspondingly being embedded into the individual mounting grooves (30) of each set of mounting grooves; there is an island region (12) between the outermost layer of mounting grooves (30) and the periphery of the iron core (10), and an enhancing hole (13) is provided in the island region (12), an enhancing rod (60) being provided in the enhancing hole (13). Disclosed is a motor, comprising a motor stator (50) and the above-mentioned motor rotor, with the motor rotor provided inside the motor stator (50). The motor rotor enhances the structural strength of the whole rotor and improves the performance of the motor.

The present disclosure relates to the field of solar cells. An amine-containing difluoro benzotriazolyl polymer, preparation method, and use thereof are provided; the polymer has a structure as represented by formula (I), both R1 and R2 are alkyls from C1 to C20, n is an integer from 10 to 50. In the polymer of the present disclosure, because the 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole solar cell material contains two fluorine atoms, the HOMO energy level is reduced by 0.11 eV, the fluorine-substituted 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole has two imido groups with strong electron-withdrawing property; the 1, 2, 3-benzotriazole is a heterocyclic compound with strong electron-withdrawing property, and an alkyl chain can be easily introduced to the N-position of the N—H bond of the benzotriazole; the functional group of the alkyl chain can improve solar energy conversion efficiency, thus solving the low efficiency problem of the solar cell made from the solar cell material.

A top-emitting flexible organic light emission diode device and preparation method thereof are provided. The device involves overlapping a substrate, an anode layer, a hole injection layer, a hole transport layer, an emission layer, an electron transport layer, an electron injection layer and a cathode layer sequentially. The material of the cathode is scythe-silver alloy or ytterbium-silver alloy. The method for preparing the device comprises the following steps: cleaning and drying the substrate; depositing the anode layer on the surface of the substrate; overlapped depositing the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, the emission layer, the electron transport layer and the electron injection layer sequentially on the surface of the anode layer; depositing the cathode layer on the surface of the electron injection layer to obtain the device.

A waterway switch device has a waterway mechanism, an execution part, an operation part and a transmission part. The waterway mechanism has a main body, and an inlet and a plurality of outlets are arranged on the main body. The execution part is mounted in the main body and has a moving piece, and at least the switch of the outlets to the inlet can be achieved through the relative movement between the moving piece and the main body. The operation part has a handle. The transmission part has a wire rope, one end of the wire rope is connected with the moving piece, the other end is connected with the handle in a transmission manner. The handle rotates relatively, and the wire rope is driven to move, and the moving piece can move relative to the main body.

A pressing waterway switch mechanism has a valve body and a switch mechanism. The valve body is provided with an inlet waterway, a plurality of outlet waterways, a guiding shaft, a guiding slot and a third teeth group. The switch mechanism comprises a sector disk, a return spring and a pressing piece. A first teeth group is arranged on the circle center of the sector disk, the first teeth group is sleeved out of the guiding shaft in a relative sliding and rotating manner, and at least the switch of a plurality of outlet waterways can be achieved through the relative rotation between the sector disk and the valve body. The pressing piece is connected to the guiding slot in a sliding manner, of which the end is provided with a second teeth group. The first teeth group can couple with the second teeth group and the third teeth group.

The invention relates to a counter electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof. The counter electrode comprises a conductive substrate and an acid doped polyaniline layer coated on at least one surface of the conductive substrate. The conductivity of the counter electrode is increased, the recombination probability of I3− and a conduction band electron is decreased, the bond strength of the acid doped polyaniline layer and the conductive substrate is enhanced, the electronic transmission rate and the conductivity of the counter electrode for the external circuit are further increased, and the production cost is reduced. The manufacturing method can simplify the production process, produce the stable performance counter electrode, increase the production efficiency, and reduce the requirement for production equipment, thus suitable for industrial production.

An organic electroluminescence device comprises the following structure: a conductive base (110), a hole injection layer (120), a light emission layer (140), and a cathode layer (170) are laminated in sequence. The material of the hole injection layer (120) comprises a conductive polymer and an azo initiator. A nano-network structure is provided on the connecting surface of the hole injection layer (120) and the light emission layer (140). After being heated to a higher temperature, the azo initiator can be decompounded to release N2, thus the nano-network structure is formed on the surface of the hole injection layer (120). The nano-network structure can efficiently increase the contacting area of the hole injection layer (120) and the adjacent layer. The injection efficiency of the hole is improved. A manufacturing method of the organic electroluminescence device is also provided.
