    摘要: A surgical tool calibrating device for calibrating a surgical tool is provided. The surgical tool calibrating device includes a calibration block, an electronic sensing module, a diameter measurement module, and a signal communication module. The calibration block has a tool inserting portion in which the surgical tool can be inserted. The electronic sensing module is disposed on the bottom of the tool inserting portion for sensing the tip of the surgical tool and generating a measuring signal accordingly. The diameter measurement module is mounted around the tool inserting portion. The diameter measurement module is actuated to sense the surgical tool and measure the diameter of the surgical tool upon reception of the measuring signal. The signal communication module is electrically connected to the electronic sensing module and the diameter measurement module for transmitting the measuring signal.

    摘要: A surgical tool calibrating device having an electronic sensing module is provided. The surgical tool calibrating device includes a calibration block, an electronic sensing module, and a signal communication module. The calibration block has at least one tool inserting portion, and the electronic sensing module is disposed on the bottom of the said tool inserting portion for generating an activating signal. The signal communication module is electrically connected to the electronic sensing module for transmitting the activating signal. With the electronic sensing module being provided in the calibration block, the activating signal is generated immediately when a surgical tool is inserted into the calibration block and makes contact with the electronic sensing module. Thus, the surgical tool calibrating device is activated in real time so as to determine the length of and the suitable bore diameter for the surgical tool.

    摘要: The present invention discloses an image calibration device integrated with an optical locater. The image calibration device includes an image calibrator and the optical locater. The image calibrator can be arranged on an image capturing device to act as a reference to calibrate the image taken by the image capturing device. The optical locater has at least one pointing light source, which is located on a surface of the image calibrator, so that the pointing light source is used to assist in marking the location aimed by the image calibrator, thereby realizing the area captured by the image capturing device.

    摘要: Provided is a universal direction medical positioning structure, including a positioning unit, a switching head, a fixing rod, and a fixing device. The positioning unit includes a support, a connecting rod, and a spherical connecting element. The support and the spherical connecting element are connectable to two ends of the connecting rod, respectively. One end of the switching head is provided therein with a hemispherical cavity for receiving the spherical connecting element, and the other end of the switching head is coupled to the fixing rod. Upon the coupling of the fixing device and the switching head, the spherical connecting element is fixed in position to the hemispherical cavity of the switching head. Hence, the universal direction medical positioning structure is lightweight and easy to operate.

    摘要: A method for image positioning is provided. The method is configured for positioning image data captured by a C-arm device and includes the steps of: providing an indication module, providing a database, reading the image data, comparing the image data, deriving a coordinate conversion system, and calculating the image data. Steel balls in the indication module have known template coordinates. Plural sets of template triangle data, each set composed by three of the steel balls, are stored in the database. Steel ball image data presented in the image data form indication triangle data. The indication triangle data are compared with the template triangle data to produce comparison results. The coordinate conversion system is derived from the comparison result with the highest similarity. Thus, image coordinates in the image data can be converted into and from the template coordinates via the coordinate conversion system, allowing the image to be orientated precisely.

    摘要: An implant structure is provided. The implant structure includes an implant body and a screw portion. The screw portion is coupled to a second surface of the implant body such that the implant structure can be implanted into an injured bone via the screw portion. Thus, the implant body partially replaces and thereby repairs the injured bone. Threads of the screw portion have at least a barb unit for preventing the implant structure from rotating in the loosening direction of the screw portion. The at least a barb unit also prevents the implant structure from loosening and displacement so that the service life of the implant structure can be extended.

    摘要: A flexible spinal fixation device and a rod thereof are provided. The flexible spinal fixation device includes at least two bone screws and a rod. The rod is fixedly coupled to the bone screws, and the bone screws are implanted into a patient's vertebrae. The rod has a flexible part and is thereby rendered flexible. After the flexible spinal fixation device is implanted into the patient's spine, the patient's spine can stoop as in a healthy condition. Moreover, vertebral stress around an injured vertebra and force between the bone screws and the rod can both be reduced. The flexible spinal fixation device also prevents premature vertebral aging and has an extended service life.

    摘要: A spine fixation device is provided. The spine fixation device includes a bone screw, a fixation carrier, and a first locking member. The fixation carrier is rotatably coupled to a fixation unit of the bone screw. The first locking member conjugates the fixation carrier and the bone screw together. A screw unit of the bone screw is implanted into a vertebra. As the fixation carrier is rotatably coupled to the bone screw, the bone screw remains fastened to the vertebra while the fixation carrier is rotated. Through rotational adjustment of the fixation carrier, U-shaped openings of the fixation carrier are adjustable in direction. Thus, the disposition angle of a rod disposed in the U-shaped openings is easily adjustable by rotating the fixation carrier. As a result, the rod can fit an angle of the spine while surgical complexity is reduced.
