    摘要: Disclosed is an optical sheet having an optical structure, such as a prism film or sheet, which is a constituent of a backlight unit. In the optical sheet, protrusions are formed on the optical structure layer, and thus light-collecting efficiency in a front direction is maintained, and a function of diffusing light to the front or the inclined surface is also exhibited, thus eliminating the need to additionally mount a diffusion film or a protection film, thereby obviating the use of a plurality of optical films, consequently making it possible to economically manufacture a backlight unit with improved productivity.

    摘要: Disclosed herein is a transparent optical film, including an optically structured layer, which is a sheet formed of a transparent polymeric material and composed of a first surface having three-dimensional structures thereon and a second surface opposite the first surface, and a damage prevention layer formed on the second surface of the optically structured layer and composed of a transparent polymeric material and spherical organic or inorganic particles. The damage prevention layer has protruding surface portions formed by the particles protruding from the transparent polymeric material. The optical film of the current invention is advantageous because the prism structure and the opposite surface of the optical film are prevented from damage due to external impact, vibration and friction, and the attachment of impurities due to frictional static charges is prevented. Further, the front luminance and optical properties of the optical film are improved.

    摘要: Disclosed is an optical film having an optical structure, such as a prism film or sheet, which is a constituent of a backlight unit. The optical film includes an optical structure layer having a plurality of optical structures, the surface of which is formed with irregularities, and the irregularities are formed on the surface of the light-collecting optical structure to satisfy predetermined conditions, thus effectively realizing a light-diffusing function, thereby eliminating the need to additionally mount a diffusion film or a protection film. When a particle dispersion layer is further formed on the surface of a transparent substrate opposite the surface having the optical structure layer, damage due to friction to prism films or other sheets may be prevented during the layering of the prism films or transport, thus obviating the use of a plurality of optical films.

    摘要: Provided is a method for preparing a polymer nano-composite, more particularly, an economical method for preparing a polymer nano-composite with improved properties via a single process of organic treatment of a layered clay mineral and dispersion in a rubber latex material at a pH where both the rubber latex material and the layered clay mineral are stabilized. The provided method for preparing a polymer nano-composite allows effective dispersion without using an organic modification process for improving dispersibility of the layered clay mineral in resin. Thus prepared polymer nano-composite exhibits superior mechanical property and may be usefully applied for automobile interior and exterior materials.

The composition for forming a prism layer includes a UV-curable monomer A, including a fluorene derivative diacrylate monomer represented by Formula 1 or 2; a UV-curable monomer B, including at least one acrylate monomer; a photoinitiator; and an additive, and thus is excellent in surface strength, adhesion to a substrate film and anti-yellowing properties, with a viscosity suitable for formation of the prism layer.
