摘要: A power swivel device for a vehicle seat is configured to perform both swivel and monopost functions of the vehicle seat. The power swivel device includes a motor configured to swivel the seat and a reduction gear device configured to increase output torque of the motor, which are stacked in a vertical direction on a bottom of the seat. The power swivel device includes a lower housing; an upper housing stacked on and assembled to the lower housing; an eccentric shaft rotatably disposed relative to the lower housing and the upper housing; a motor driving unit mounted between the lower housing and the eccentric shaft; the reduction gear device installed between the upper housing and the eccentric shaft; and a swivel plate rotatably mounted on the reduction gear device and connected to a seat cushion frame.

摘要: A height adjustment device and a swivel device for a vehicle seat are configured to adjust seat height and swivel the vehicle seat. The height adjustment device includes a first reduction gear device disposed at a bottom of the vehicle seat and configured to increase output torque of a first motor and a lifting device engaged with the first reduction gear device and configured to move the seat upwards or downwards, and the swivel device includes a motor driving unit disposed at a bottom of the height adjustment device and a second reduction gear device configured to increase output torque of the motor driving unit, thereby making it possible not only to selectively perform seat height adjustment and swivel operation, but also to perform a monopost function of the seat in a state in which the height adjustment device and the swivel device are stacked in a vertical direction.

摘要: A method for controlling a shift speed of a continuous variable transmission includes: a first calculating step for calculating a surplus oil pump RPM based on a transmission oil temperature, an engine RPM, and a turbine torque; a second calculating step to calculate a surplus oil amount based on the surplus oil pump RPM, the transmission oil temperature, the engine RPM, and a line pressure; a third calculating step to calculate an allowable shift speed based on the surplus oil amount and a current gear ratio; a shift speed comparing step to compare the shift speed of a vehicle with the allowable shift speed; and a shift speed controlling step in which the controller varies the shift speed or the allowable shift speed to control the shift speed to be equal to or less than the allowable shift speed when the shift speed exceeds the allowable shift speed.

摘要: A continuous variable transmission (CVT) hydraulic pressure control device includes: a pressure regulation valve regulating an operation pressure of oil supplied to a friction element of a forward-rearward device; and a switch valve to respectively switch oil discharge paths through which the oil supplied to the friction element is discharged, respectively by a pilot pressure from the pressure regulation valve and an elastic force of a return spring. In particular, the oil discharge paths switched by the switch valve have oil flow resistances different from each other.
