摘要: An embodiment rotor includes a stacked core including stacked lamination sheets. The lamination sheets include lamination segments arranged in a circle, the stacked core has an upper layer lamination segment coupled to a lower layer lamination segment with a phase difference therebetween of a first angle with respect to a center of the stacked core, the stacked lamination segments have keys arranged in a straight line on an inner surface of the stacked core so that the keys are inserted into a key way disposed in a motor shaft in an axial direction, the lamination segments have a substantially identical shape and are arranged with an interval of a second angle with respect to a center of the rotor thus having a substantially identical pattern, and the lamination segments include upper and lower layer coupling portions repeatedly disposed at intervals of the second angle in a circumferential direction.

The armature of the rotating electric machine includes a wedge that is configured to close an opening of a slot around which coils are wound and support the coils disposed to a left side and a right side of the slot to prevent the coils from seceding from a core. The wedge includes a main plate that has a substantially V-shaped section. 摘要: An armature for a rotating electric machine is provided. The armature includes a wedge that prevents separation of coils by supporting the coils disposed at left and right sides in a slot while closing an opening in the slot in which the coils are wound is provided. The wedge includes a body portion that is inserted into the slot, and has a “V” shape. Both ends of the body portion are coupled to latch grooves adjacent to a core, and separation prevention portions form bent regions at both ends of the body portion and are integrally connected to the body portion. The separation prevention portions are arranged adjacent to each other in the slot, and support the body portion.
