摘要: A direct-cooling stator core assembly having cooling channels so as to directly cool a stator core and a wound coil, and a driving motor for a vehicle including the same, are provided. The direct-cooling stator core assembly includes a stator core having an outer surface and a plurality of core recesses formed in the outer surface in a longitudinal direction. The direct-cooling stator core assembly further includes a cooling fluid supply member configured to supply cooling fluid to the core recesses in the stator core. In the direct-cooling stator core assembly, when cooling fluid is flowing through the core recesses, the cooling fluid flowing through the core recesses directly cools the stator core.

摘要: A system and a method of controlling a drive motor for a vehicle is disclosed. The system of controlling a drive motor for a vehicle may include: an engine and the drive motor as power sources; a data detector detecting a state data for controlling the drive motor; and a vehicle controller setting a motor demand power and a gear stage based on the state data. In particular, the vehicle controller generates a motor demand torque based on the motor demand power and the gear stage, checks a motor temperature after driving the drive motor based on the motor demand torque, and changes the gear stage based on the motor temperature.

摘要: A bearing for a drive motor is provided. The bearing includes an inner race that is coupled to a rotation shaft, an outer race that is coupled to a motor housing, and rolling members that are rotatably disposed between a raceway surface of the inner race and a raceway surface of the outer race. Additionally, a retainer is disposed between the inner race and the outer race and supports the rolling members at a predetermined interval along a circumferential direction. A conductive guide member is formed in each of the inner race and the outer race and forms a current path between the inner race and the outer race through the retainer.

Additionally, a first cooling channel and a second cooling channel are disposed between the inner wall and the outer wall, and are connected in parallel to the inlet boss and the outlet boss.
