A method of manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet may include: preparing a mixed powder including i) a first alloy represented by R1aR2bBcMdFebal and ii) a second alloy represented by R2bBcMdFebal where R1 is one or two or more of La, Ce, and Y; R2 is a rare-earth element except for La, Ce, and Y; and M is a metal element; press-forming and sintering the prepared mixed powder in a magnetic field to prepare a sintered body; and performing a heat treatment based on diffusion temperature conditions of an R1 component and an R2 component contained in the prepared sintered body.-

摘要: Disclosed is a segmented magnet which may adjust the application direction of a heavy rare earth element for grain boundary diffusion depending on the magnetization direction of the segmented magnet so as to simplify the manufacturing process of the segmented magnet while reducing eddy current loss, and a method for manufacturing the same. The method includes preparing a plurality of permanent magnet parent bodies having a constant magnetization direction, diffusing a diffusion material into the prepared permanent magnet parent bodies via a pair of planes thereof opposite each other and parallel to the magnetization direction along grain boundaries so as to form a pair of diffusing surfaces, preparing a permanent magnet assembly by stacking the permanent magnet parent bodies in a line such that the diffusing surfaces thereof face each other, and segmenting the permanent magnet assembly into a plurality of pieces along planes perpendicular to the magnetization direction.

Additionally, an earth member includes a base formed by the conductor and is disposed in a lower part of the inner space of the switch body, and coupled on the top of the coupling portion and a clamping bar respectively extended upward at both sides of the base and coupled with an earth terminal formed on the bottom of the relay board.

摘要: Disclosed are a method of manufacturing a rare-earth permanent magnet capable of offsetting a partially uneven demagnetization by varying the amount of heavy rare-earth element diffused to a grain boundary for each region and a Nd—Fe—B-based permanent magnet manufactured by the same.
The method includes: preparing a base material including a plurality of regions by using a sintered magnet including an Nd—Fe—B-based alloy; preparing a coating material including a heavy rare-earth element; applying the coating material to a surface of the base material; and diffusing the heavy rare-earth element to a grain boundary of the base material by heat-treating the base material to which the coating material is applied. In the applying the coating material, an amount of the coating material applied to each region of the base material may vary.-

摘要: There is provided a method for manufacturing a rare earth sintered magnet by many times repetitively finely pulverizing a rare earth alloy on a jet mill by supplying high-pressure nitrogen gas to narrow grain size distribution to make an easy alignment in a magnetic field, and by micronizing crystal grains by using a hydrogenation-disproportionation-desorption-recombination (HDDR) process, to improve the coercivity and thermostability of the rare earth sintered magnet.

摘要: A method for producing a heavy rare earth grain-boundary-diffused RE-Fe—B-based rare earth magnet and a heavy rare earth grain-boundary-diffused RE-Fe—B-based rare earth magnet produced thereby is disclosed. More particularly, a method for producing a heavy rare earth grain-boundary-diffused RE-Fe—B-based rare earth sintered magnet having a reduced content of a heavy rare earth element is disclosed, in which a hydrogen compound of a heavy rare earth is mainly used as a diffusion material in the production of the grain-boundary-diffused magnet so that a product having uniform and stable quality can be produced. The coercive force of the magnet can be increased while minimizing the amount of heavy rare earth used in the production of the grain-boundary-diffused magnet, by solving the problem that the heavy rare earth is not uniformly diffused into the magnet, and a heavy rare earth grain-boundary-diffused RE-Fe—B-based rare earth magnet produced thereby.
