摘要： An integrated circuit Hall chip is mounted on a ferro magnetic flux concentrator plate and contained within a cavity in a plastic housing. Another ferro magnetic flux concentrator member extends into the cavity and is in alignment with the Hall chip but spaced therefrom by an air gap. A U-shaped ferro magnetic core flux concentrator is positioned against the other side of the flux concentrator plate. The legs of the core extend through the housing and the flux concentrator member, Hall chip and flux concentrator plate are located between the core legs. This arrangement of flux concentrators provides a closed magnetic flux path with an effective magnetic air gap of only slightly more than the chip thickness.

摘要： A dc coupled bistable, self-compensating transducer circuit which is capable of extracting positive or negative signals under extreme bias conditions. The circuit comprises a first differential amplifier for amplifying the input signal, a second differential amplifier connected in a compensation loop for providing negative feedback to the input signal source, and a third differential amplifier which acts as a bi-directional threshold detector with built-in trigger action and hysteresis overlap.

摘要： Offset voltage control means are provided for a semiconductor type Hall cell. The control means includes one or more auxiliary electrodes disposed at preselected spatial positions of the cell between the latter''s current and sense electrodes. The auxiliary electrode(s) when connected to a predetermined electrical supply provide an auxiliary electrical field which controls the offset voltage at the sense electrodes.
