摘要: A combined desulfuration, denitration, and demercuration apparatus and method using a semi-dry process in a circulating fluidized bed. The apparatus comprises a flue (2) and a circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8) connected in sequence, the flue (2) being connected to a bottom inlet of the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8). The flue (2) is further connected to an ozone generation apparatus (1). The ozone distributor (1) feeds ozone in the flue (2) and sends oxidized flue gas into the circulating fluidized bed reaction column (8), so that the SO2, high-valence NOx, and Hg2+ contained in the flue gas are removed through reactions with a Ca-based absorbent under the effect of atomized water in the reaction column (8).

摘要: Equipment and a method for circulating fluidized bed semidry simultaneous desulfurization and denitration of a sintering flue gas, comprising an ozone generator (2), a diluting blower (1), a mixing buffer tank (3), an ozone distributor (4), and a circulating fluidized bed (CFB) reactor tower (9). When evenly mixed by the mixing buffer tank (3), ozone is injected into a flue (4′) via the ozone distributor (4); and, an oxidized flue gas is introduced into the CFB reactor tower (9), where NOx, SO2, and SO3 in the flue gas are reacted with a Ca-based absorbent under the action of atomized water in the reactor tower, thus implementing simultaneous removal of SOx and NOx. This provides the characteristics of a simple system, great performance, small footprint, and inexpensive investments.

摘要: A flue ozone distributor applied in a low-temperature oxidation denitrification technology and an arrangement manner thereof is disclosed. The flue ozone distributor comprises a distribution main pipe, multiple distribution branch pipes, Venturi distributors and delta wings. The distribution branch pipes are led out from the distribution main pipe as parallel branches. The Venturi distributors are arranged with an equal space on the distribution branch pipes. The delta wings are arranged on one diffusion segment side of the Venturi distributors. The flue ozone distributor is arranged in the flue. The technology is used in the field of denitrification for flue gas of an industrial boiler/kiln by a low-temperature ozone oxidation method. The ozone-injecting direction is consistent with a flow direction of the flue gas. A soot deposit congestion problem does not exist. A turbulent flow behavior of the flue gas and ozone is strengthened. The oxidation efficiency is improved.

摘要: Disclosed are a flue gas purification and waste heat utilization system and method. 摘要: Disclosed are a system and a method for desulfurization and denitrification of an alumina calcination flue gas, and a use. The system comprises an ozone generator, a red mud pre-impregnation slurry scrubbing tower, and a red mud pre-impregnation tank and a red mud pre-impregnation clear liquid scrubbing tower. NOx in a flue gas is oxidized into a high valence oxynitride by ozone, and with the red mud as an absorbent, the synergistic absorption of SO2 and NOx in the flue gas is achieved, while the dealkalization of the red mud is achieved. By means of the synergistic catalytic oxidation of metal ions such as Fe3+ in a red mud slurry and ozone, the synergistic absorption of sulfur and oxynitride is prompted; and the use of a structure of staged absorption in two towers overcomes the problem of the difficulty in absorbing NO2 with a low O3/NOx molar ratio.

摘要: Provided are a system for preparing isotope-labeled carbon dioxide and a method therefor. The preparation method comprises: vaporizing heavy-oxygen water and mixing the heavy-oxygen water with carbon dioxide, and subjecting the heavy-oxygen water and the carbon dioxide to an oxygen-exchange reaction by catalyzing them with a catalytic material, and performing gas-liquid separation after the reaction to obtain the isotope-labeled carbon dioxide. The system provided by the present application has a simple structure, and by adopting the heavy-oxygen water which has a wide source and low cost as an oxygen isotope source and utilizing the oxygen-exchange reaction, the replacement of oxygen-16 in normal carbon dioxide by oxygen-18 in heavy-oxygen water is achieved to obtain the oxygen-18 labeled carbon dioxide product. The process is simple and pollution-free, the utilization rate of oxygen isotope is high, the conditions of separation and purification are mild, and the system has good economic benefits and application prospects.
