摘要: Provided are a system for preparing isotope-labeled carbon dioxide and a method therefor. The preparation method comprises: vaporizing heavy-oxygen water and mixing the heavy-oxygen water with carbon dioxide, and subjecting the heavy-oxygen water and the carbon dioxide to an oxygen-exchange reaction by catalyzing them with a catalytic material, and performing gas-liquid separation after the reaction to obtain the isotope-labeled carbon dioxide. The system provided by the present application has a simple structure, and by adopting the heavy-oxygen water which has a wide source and low cost as an oxygen isotope source and utilizing the oxygen-exchange reaction, the replacement of oxygen-16 in normal carbon dioxide by oxygen-18 in heavy-oxygen water is achieved to obtain the oxygen-18 labeled carbon dioxide product. The process is simple and pollution-free, the utilization rate of oxygen isotope is high, the conditions of separation and purification are mild, and the system has good economic benefits and application prospects.

Feed holes and discharge holes are uniformly arranged on an outer side surface of the tower body. Gas in a tower radially passes through the protective agent zones and the hydrolysis zone.

摘要: The present invention discloses an external loop slurry reactor, comprising a gas-liquid integrated distributor, a riser, a degassing zone, a solid-liquid separation circulation unit, and a storage tank. When the reactor works, reactants are injected into the riser through the gas-liquid integrated distributor; the slurry mixes and flows upwards to the degassing zone at the top for gas removal, and a large number of bubbles are removed. The slurry with catalyst particles then enters a downcomer and flows downwards. The slurry flows into a first-stage hydrocyclone and a multi-stage hydrocyclone in sequence for solid-liquid separation. The diameter of the first-stage hydrocyclone is larger than that of the multi-stage hydrocyclone. The separated solid particles flow back into the riser to continue to participate in the reaction.

摘要: Disclosed is an external circulating slurry reactive crystallizer, including a riser, a degassing zone and a downcomer. A lower end of the riser is communicated with a gas inlet pipe, a liquid inlet pipe and a solid feeding pipe, while an upper end of the riser is communicated with a lower end of the degassing zone. An upper end of the downcomer is integrally fixed to a sidewall of the degassing zone. At least one hydrocyclone is arranged at a lower end of the downcomer. The hydrocyclone is provided with an overflow port at an upper end thereof and an underflow port and a valve at a lower end thereof. The overflow port is communicated with the riser. The crystallizer can simultaneously realize reaction, crystallization and separation for continuous production with low cost, regulating and controlling the particle size distribution and morphology of crystals.

摘要: Disclosed are a system and a method for desulfurization and denitrification of an alumina calcination flue gas, and a use. The system comprises an ozone generator (1), a red mud pre-impregnation slurry scrubbing tower (3), and a red mud pre-impregnation tank (5) and a red mud pre-impregnation clear liquid scrubbing tower (10). NOx in a flue gas is oxidized into a high valence oxynitride by ozone, and with the red mud as an absorbent, the synergistic absorption of SO2 and NOx in the flue gas is achieved, while the dealkalization of the red mud is achieved. By means of the synergistic catalytic oxidation of metal ions such as Fe3+ in a red mud slurry and ozone, the synergistic absorption of sulfur and oxynitride is prompted and the material consumption of the subsequent desulfurization and denitrification is reduced; and the use of a structure of staged absorption in two towers overcomes the problem of the difficulty in absorbing NO2 with a low O3/NOx molar ratio by enhancing absorption with sodium alkali in a second stage tower, while decreasing the consumption of and risk of escape of the ozone, wherein same has the advantages of a high purification efficiency and a low operation cost, and has a stronger applicability to the alumina calcination flue gas.

摘要: A system and method for preparing a high-purity vanadium electrolyte, comprising preparing a low-valence vanadium oxide with vanadium oxytrichloride by ammonium salt precipitation and fluidization reduction, and preparing the high-purity vanadium electrolyte at a low temperature by adding a sulfuric acid solution and clean water under the conditions of ultrasound-assisted dissolution and activation. Efficient utilization of heat is achieved through heat exchange between the ammonium salt and the reduction tail gas and heat exchange between the reduction product and fluidized nitrogen gas. Ammonia gas in the reduction tail gas is recovered for precipitation of vanadium to achieve the recycling of ammonia gas. An internal member is arranged in the reduction fluidized bed to realize the precise regulation of the valence state of the reduction product. Furthermore, ultrasound-assisted dissolution and activation are employed to prepare the vanadium electrolyte at a low temperature, thereby improving the activity of the electrolyte.
