摘要: Systems, methods, and instrumentalities are described herein for performing propagation delay compensation. For example, a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU) may be configured with the resources and signals to perform a Propagation Delay (RD) procedure, or a Propagation Delay Information Exchange (PDIE), or a Propagation Delay Compensation (PDC). The WTRU may receive configuration that may identify a reference signal (RS) pair for a path. The WTRU may determine that a trigger condition is satisfied for a path. The trigger condition being satisfied may trigger the WTRU to perform a PDIE. The WTRU may determine a propagation delay (RD) for a path. If the determined RD meets a threshold for the path, the WTRU may apply a PDC to an uplink (UL) transmission that uses the path.

A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may receive configuration information. The configuration information may indicate a trigger condition (e.g., threshold) associated with enabling transmission of a flight path update indication. The WTRU may determine that the threshold associated with enabling transmission of the flight path update indication is satisfied. Based on the threshold being satisfied, the flight path update indication may be transmitted. The WTRU may receive a request to transmit the updated flight path information and transmit the updated flight path information.

摘要: Systems, methods, devices, and instrumentalities are described herein relate to explicit requests for flight path statuses. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit a first message indicating flight path information is available. The WTRU may receive a second message including a flight path reporting configuration. The flight path reporting configuration may request the flight path information. The flight path reporting configuration may include at least one of: a number of waypoints; whether to include timestamp information; or a configuration to periodically report flight path information updates. The WTRU may transmit an initial flight path message within a third message. At a configured periodicity, the WTRU may evaluate whether the flight path information has changed since a previous flight path report was transmitted.

摘要: A method and apparatus for receiving a broadcast configuration indicating when a change in a RAN function termination occurs is provided, for example, by a timer value. The broadcast configuration may be received from a satellite, blimp or other moving transmitter. A dedicated configuration may also be received from the serving cell. The dedicated configuration may include a preamble, a transient configuration and an indication of a layer 2 behavior. If a WTRU detects a change in RAN function termination, the WTRU may suspend any uplink data transmissions, apply the transient configuration and transmit the preamble to a target cell. The WTRU may synchronize with the target cell and apply the layer 2 behavior.

Resources may be configured to enable load-based equipment (LBE) access in an otherwise frame-based equipment (FBE) network. LBE access may be, for example, LBT category four (Cat 4). A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may determine whether an LBE resource is valid based on current channel occupancy. A WTRU may use an LBE resource as a function of a transmission priority (e.g., priority of the content of the transmission, for example a first PUSCH transmission may be associated with a first priority and a second PUSCH transmission may be associated with a second priority), transmission type (e.g., whether the transmission is for PUSCH or PUCCH, for DG-PUSCH or CG-PUSCH, for data or CSI or HARQ-ACK, etc.), requirement(s), and/or grant. A WTRU may use an LBE resource, for example, as a fallback resource.

摘要: A method performed by a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may include communicating on a primary carrier and a secondary carrier and receiving a medium access control (MAC) message indicating activation or deactivation of the secondary carrier. If the MAC layer message indicates the secondary carrier is activated, the method may include monitoring the secondary carrier for control messages. If the MAC message indicates the secondary carrier is deactivated, the method may include ceasing monitoring the secondary carrier. The method may include utilizing a timer based on the activation of the secondary carrier, and, if the timer expires, deactivating the secondary carrier.

A WTRU may determine measurement occasions, DRX cycle/configuration transitions, DRX pause/resume, DRX timer operation, and/or BFR based on scheduling activity, beam configuration, BFI detection, BFD, beam loss, etc. A WTRU may be configured with multiple DRX cycles and measurement opportunities (e.g., with different periodicities). The WTRU may perform (e.g., RS) measurement(s) with determined/configured timing (e.g., DRX on-durations) in a first DRX cycle based on condition(s). The WTRU may switch to a second DRX cycle and perform RS measurement(s) with determined/configured timing based on condition(s) (e.g., counted number of BFIs detected in first DRX cycle). The WTRU may switch from the second (e.g., short) DRX cycle to the first (e.g., long) DRX cycle or to non-DRX operation (e.g., DRX suspension or reset DRX inactivity timer) based on condition(s) (e.g., number of BFIs in first and/or second DRX cycle(s)).
