    Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses for use in wireless communication are disclosed. A method performed by a wireless transmit/receive (WTRU) unit may compromise: receiving information indicating a first tracking area code (TAC) and first TAC validity time information; registering with a network using the first TAC; receiving information indicating a second TAC and second TAC validity time information; determining, based on the first TAC validity time information and the second TAC validity time information, a time period wherein both the first TAC and second TAC are valid; selecting a time within the time period; and transmitting, at the selected time, a connection request.

    Abstract: Systems, methods, devices, and instrumentalities are described herein relate to partial or delta updated flight path reporting. A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may transmit a first message indicating flight path information is available. The WTRU may receive a second message including a flight path reporting configuration. The flight path reporting configuration may request the flight path information. The WTRU may transmit an initial flight path message within a third message. Based on information associated with changing from a previous flight path to an updated flight path, the WTRU may detect that a previous flight path is required to be updated with an updated flight path. The WTRU may transmit an indication that the updated flight path is available. The WTRU may receive a request for and subsequently transmit partial or delta updated flight path information.

The GNSS activity may comprise at least one of GNSS acquisition, GNSS reporting, or GNSS assistance information (AI) reporting. The WTRU may identify a trigger related to the GNSS activity. The prohibition condition may comprise a condition based on a prohibition timer, a condition based on GNSS validity duration, or a condition based on a characteristic of the WTRU.
