Abstract: There may be approaches for sidelink unlicensed (SL U) channel access in Mode 2. For example, a wireless transmit receive unit (WTRU) may perform SL U channel access and resource selection for channel occupancy time (COT) sharing and COT initiation within a resource selection window (RSW). The WTRU may detect COT and share based on control information, such as remaining duration, the number of scheduled transmission(s) within the COT, frequency resource assignment, priority, cast type, WTRU source and/or destination ID, COT/resource reservation, channel congestion, etc. The WTRU may determine SL COT initiation based on LBT and SCI sensing information including COT/resource reservation, priority, cast type, WTRU source and/or destination ID, channel congestion, etc. The WTRU may determine transmission resources within shared and initiated SL COT based on WTRU source and/or destination ID of a TB to transmit, RB interlace assignment indicated in decoded SCI associated with an overlapping reserved COT.

Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may be configured to implement layer 1/layer 2 (L1/L2) based inter-cell mobility procedures with reduced latency during handover or other mobility operations. The WTRU may be configured to receive configuration information associated with a plurality of candidate cells. The configuration information may be associated with a physical layer measurement for each candidate cell. The configuration information may include a measurement criteria. The WTRU may be configured to determine a subset of the plurality of candidate cells, with each candidate cell in the subset determined based on the measurement criteria. The WTRU may be configured to send a report indicating the subset. perform a physical layer measurement on the subset, and receive an indication to perform layer handover to a candidate cell of the subset.

Abstract: A method for a Wireless Transmit/Receive Unit (WTRU). The method including receiving from a network configuration information indicating multiple frequency layers for positioning reference signals; and at least one activated frequency layer from among the multiple frequency layers. The frequency layers may be associated with one or more carriers for data transmission, wherein the carrier is co-located with its associated frequency layer for positioning; and bandwidth parts (BWPs) within carriers for data transmission. The WTRU may receive from the network activation/deactivation information indicating activation/deactivation of any of a secondary cell (SCell) and a BWP. The WTRU may transmit information indicating, for example, a set of frequency layers used for positioning, wherein the set of frequency layers is enabled according to any of an accuracy requirement, a latency, a measured RSRP of one frequency layer, and a measured CSI-RS corresponding to BWPs being a threshold.

The method may comprise transmitting data over a physical random access channel (PRACH).

Abstract: A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may be configured for sidelink (SL) communication. The WTRU may receive SL discontinuous reception (DRX) configuration information from a peer SL WTRU. The SL DRX configuration information may comprise timer information. The timer information may comprise at least a SL on-duration timer, a SL inactivity timer, a SL hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) round trip time (RTT) timer, and a SL HARQ retransmission timer. The WTRU may apply the received SL DRX configuration information. The WTRU may report, on a condition that the WTRU has a connection to a network entity, to the network entity that the WTRU applied the received SL DRX configuration information.

Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for scheduling sidelink communications in unlicensed spectrum are disclosed. A method performed by a first wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may comprise: obtaining a grant for transmission on a sidelink (SL); receiving, from a second WTRU or an additional WTRU, a transmission that includes first channel occupancy time (COT) information; on a condition that the grant is for transmission on the SL during a COT associated with the second WTRU or an additional WTRU, determining, from a transmission received from the second WTRU, the additional WTRU, or both the second and the additional WTRU, cast information; performing a listen before talk (LBT) procedure using a set of parameters associated with information received from the second WTRU or additional WTRU; and on a condition that the LBT procedure is successful, transmitting, based on the determined cast information, data that includes second COT information.

Abstract: Method, apparatus and systems are disclosed that may be implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU). In one representative method implemented in a WTRU, the WTRU may determine a first CSI report associated with a first TRP, and determine a second CSI report associated with a second TRP. A priority between the first CSI report and second CSI report may be determined. The priority (e.g., priorities of the first CSI report and second CSI report) may be based at least in part on whether inter-cell mTRP is configured. One of the first CSI report and second CSI report having a higher priority may be transmitted to a network. Other representative methods relate to blind decoding priority determination, selection of PUCCH configurations, timing advance adjustments and beam application time determination.

Abstract: A method implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) is provided. The method may include receiving configuration information indicating (i) a set of positioning reference signal (PRS) resources and (ii) a time window to be used for phase measurement with the set of PRS resources. The method may include determining a phase difference measurement based on a first PRS of a first plurality of PRS and a second PRS of a second plurality of PRS, the first and the second PRS being received in the time window. The method may include determining a reference signal time difference (RSTD) measurement based on the first PRS of the first plurality of PRS and a third PRS of the second plurality of PRS and transmitting reporting information indicating the determined phase difference measurement and the determined RSTD measurement.
