摘要: Approaches presented herein enable delivery of real-time internet of things (IoT) feedback to optimize a group discussion. More specifically, a set of data representing a discussion between users is captured and analyzed to generate a discussion profile that includes participation of the users. This profile is compared to a reference profile and, based on the comparison, a set of discussion participation improvement strategies for a user is generated. A strategy is selected from the set of discussion participation improvement strategies based on an identification of an availability of a set of IoT devices for delivery of the strategy. Instructions are then communicated, responsive to the captured discussion between the users, to an available IoT device to deliver the selected discussion participation improvement strategy to the user through an output user interface of the available IoT device during the discussion.

摘要: Disclosed is a computer-implemented method, system and program product for prioritizing social media posts and recommending action(s) to a user for the prioritized of social media posts. The computer-implemented method includes monitoring, by the data processing system, interaction(s) of a user on social media accounts of the user, receiving, by the data processing system, input from the user including information about the user and goal(s) of the user with respect to the social media accounts, learning, by the data processing system, additional information about the user, and cognitively analyzing, by the data processing system, the interaction(s) of the user, the input from the user and the additional information about the user to derive preference(s) of the user regarding the social media accounts, the preference(s) including topic(s) of relevance to the user. The computer-implemented method further includes cognitively prioritizing, by the data processing system, social media post(s) from among the social media accounts based on the topic(s) of relevance and the user preference(s), the cognitively prioritizing resulting in prioritized social media posts, and cognitively recommending action(s) to the user based on the prioritized social media posts, the topic(s) of relevance and the user preference(s).

摘要: A computer-implemented method controls a self-driving vehicle. One or more processors, based on a set of sensor readings from one or more passenger sensors within a self-driving vehicle (SDV), determine an identity of a current passenger in the SDV. The processor(s) establish a destination for the current passenger in the SDV based on the identity of the current passenger in the SDV, and receive computer executable instructions directing the SDV to travel to the destination for the current passenger in the SDV. The processor(s) then execute the computer executable instructions to cause the SDV to travel to the destination.

摘要: Data indicating current driving characteristics of a driver driving a vehicle can be received. A driving profile for the driver can be determined and categorized into a driving pattern category. A plurality of candidate travel routes for the driver to reach an intended destination can be identified. For each of the candidate travel routes a plurality of route segments can be identified. Based on the driving pattern category, a probability that the current driving characteristics of the driver will cause a traffic accident can be determined for each of the route segments. A route segment for which the probability that the current driving characteristics of the driver will cause the traffic accident is lowest can be determined and a notification can be communicated to the driver or vehicle indicating that route segment.

The driving profile can be categorized into a driving pattern category. A plurality of candidate travel routes for the driver to reach an intended destination can be identified and, for each of the candidate travel routes, a plurality of route segments can be identified. Based on the driving pattern category, a probability that the current driving characteristics of the driver will cause a traffic accident can be determined for each of the plurality of route segments. Route segments for which the probability that the current driving characteristics of the driver will cause the traffic accident exceeds a threshold value can be determined. A notification can be communicated to the driver or vehicle indicating such probability.

摘要: A method and system for automatically assessing the mental state of a user from a drawing made by the user. The mental state of the user is automatically assessed by digitizing a drawing and determining and analyzing drawing characteristics, including color, objects, and location. Video analytics are used to determine and analyze user time characteristics and mood characteristics. The mental state of the user is automatically determined by interpreting the color, object, location, time and mood characteristics and to automatically select a user action. A machine learning algorithm can learn developmental patterns of the user from historical data about a plurality of the user's drawings and the characteristics of the drawings to determine the mental state of the user. The machine learning algorithm can be used in selecting the user action.

摘要: Methods and systems are disclosed for encoding and decoding data from genetic traits. In one embodiment, the invention provides a method of encoding data from genetic traits. The method comprises encoding genetic traits information, including using quantum dot wavelengths to identify distinct genetic traits, and using numbers of the quantum dots to represent probabilities associated with the traits. In an embodiment, the invention provides a genetic characteristics decoding system for decoding genetic information encoded using quantum dots in a carrier. The decoding system comprises a light source for charging the quantum dots in the carrier; a scanner for scanning the carrier to retrieve information from the charged quantum dots; and a processing system for processing the retrieved information to determine quantum dot wavelengths to identify distinct genetic traits, and to determine numbers of the quantum dots to identify probabilities associated with the genetic traits.

摘要: A set of gesture commands are learned. Each gesture in the set of gesture commands controls a function of one or more computing devices. A first gesture received from a user is identified. A determination is made whether at least one computing device associated with the identified gesture is active. In response to determining that at least one computing device associated with the identified gesture is active, a determination is made whether the user associated with the identified gesture is recognized. In response to determining that the user associated with the identified gesture is recognized, an action to perform on at least one computing device associated with the identified gesture is determined. The determined action is implemented.

The method, computer program product and computer system may include a computing device which may collect application data associated with a user and receive data from the user. The computing device may create a user profile from the received data and analyze the collected application data and the user profile to identify one or more user activities and associated blood glucose levels for the user for the one or more activities. The computing device may analyze the application data to determine a current status of the user or a future planned activity of the user is associated with an abnormal blood glucose level. The computing device may generate a recommendation for maintaining a normal blood glucose level for display to the user.
