    摘要: In an approach to determining the effectiveness of a proposed solution, one or more computer processors monitor real-time communications. The one or more computer processors identify or more topics associated with the monitored real-time communications. The one or more computer processors feed the identified one or more topics and associated real-time communications into a solution efficacy model. The one or more computer processors generate based on one or more calculations by the solution efficacy model, an efficacy rating for the identified real-time communications. The one or more computer processors generate a prioritization of the identified real-time communications based on the generated efficacy rating.

    摘要: A computer-implemented method and system for arranging, in an ordered hierarchy, attached files as transferred during a discourse history. The computer implemented method includes accessing discourse data associated with a history of discourse communications. In embodiments, the discourse data includes a plurality of discourse attachments transferred in accordance with the history, and the discourse attachments include multiple versions of at least one discourse attachment within the plurality. The method further includes deriving a discourse attachment arrangement (DAA) component based at least in part on the discourse data. The method includes outputting, based at least in part on the DAA component, the multiple versions of the at least one discourse attachment arranged in a hierarchical order.

    摘要: A system, method and computer program product for cognitive copy and paste. The method includes: receiving, at a hardware processor of a computer system, an input representing a selection of a content captured from a source application program, and receiving an input representing an identified target application program that will receive the selected content to be copied and rendered in the target application program. The selected content is analyzed to determine a context for the selected content; and a rendering of the selected content at a location within the destination application based on the determined context, the rendering achieving a best representation of the selected content on the destination application. The analyzing includes invoking a natural language processor to determine an intent, meaning, or an intended use of the selected content based on the determined context, and employs a support vector machine for determining a best format change when rendering.

    摘要: The present disclosure includes customizing responses by an Artificial Intelligence (AI) system using a response mode for interaction with a user. A question or command is received at an AI system from an associated AI device which receives the question or command from an initiating user of a plurality of users in a vicinity of the AI device. A preference of an interaction mode for the initiating user is determined, and the preferred interaction mode is determined using a knowledge corpus. An answer to the question or command using the AI system is generated. Using the AI device, a communication to the initiating user which includes the answer is initiated, via a communication mode based on the interaction mode preference of the initiating user.
