IS REACTED WITH DISULFUR DICHLORIDE. THE SOLVENT IS AN ACID AMIDE WHOSE NITROGEN ATOMS ARE COMPLETELY ALKYLATED. POLYTHIOBISPHENOLS ARE OBTAINED IN HIGH YIELD.
