    摘要: A neutral elastomer is prepared by the urethane linking reaction of diisocyanates with tertiary amino diols. The neutral elastomer is quaternized and is then reacted with an anionic polymer such as heparin to form ionically bonded block elastomeric copolymers. The heparin copolymer has non-thrombogenic characteristics. It can be dissolved in solvents and ultized to form a non-clotting coat on the blood lines in kidney machines.
