摘要： A form-fill-seal machine forms a bag by filling and sealing a packing object in a wrapping material. The form-fill-seal machine includes a thickness adjustment unit which adjusts a thickness of the bag and a control unit which controls an operation of the thickness adjustment unit. The control unit acquires thickness information obtained in a rear stage of the form-fill-seal machine and relating to a thickness of the bag and controls the operation of the thickness adjustment unit on the basis of a result obtained by performing statistical processing on the thickness information.

摘要： A bag-making and packaging machine packages, in bags made from a film, articles discharged and dropped from an article discharge apparatus. 摘要： A bag-making and packaging machine has a film supply unit that supplies film to a bag-making and packaging unit. The film supply unit has a film conveyance mechanism that conveys a first film so that a trailing end portion of the first film heads toward a film splicing position for splicing to a leading end portion of a second film, a first sensor detecting a mark on the first film, a second sensor detecting the mark at downstream, and a controller for the film conveyance mechanism. The controller judges, based on detection of the second sensor, that the trailing end portion of the first film has reached the splicing position and stops conveyance of the first film. The controller controls the conveyance mechanism so that the conveyance speed of the first film before the detection of the mark by the first sensor is faster than the speed after the detection.

摘要： A form-fill-seal machine is configured to adjust for changes in the thickness of bags within a short time, and is provided with seal jaws, gas removal members, an air cylinder, and a control unit. The seal jaws transverse-seal a cylindrical film in a widthwise direction forming a bag. The gas removal members come into contact against the bag prior to transverse sealing of an upper edge part, discharging a gas upward from the bag. The air cylinder moves the gas removal members, switching the position of the gas removal members between a first position and a second position with respect to the seal jaws. The control unit, in a time slot just prior to the start of a transverse sealing action performed by the seal jaws, changes the timing of switching between the first position and the second position, and adjusts the amount of gas discharged from the bag.

摘要： Certain implementations provide a form-fill-seal machine that can efficiently seal a packaging material. The transverse sealing unit may have first members to sandwich the packaging material and sealing the packaging material in a transverse direction, and second members for squeezing the packaging material while sandwiching the packaging material with a prescribed gap left therebetween. The control unit may cause the packaging material to be squeezed by the second members by causing the transverse sealing unit located at a reference position to descend faster than the packaging material being conveyed downward. The control unit may cause the transverse sealing unit to ascend while the packaging material is being sealed by the first members. The control unit may cause the transverse sealing unit to move such that the first members are separated from the packaging material.
