Abstract: Disclosed is a cover for sealing a charging port. The cover has a cover body with an inner cover side and an outer cover side facing away from each other. The cover body includes a first sealing portion and a second sealing portion. The first sealing portion to seal a first charging port and the second sealing portion to seal a second charging port. The first sealing portion and the second sealing portion are arranged in an outer peripheral direction of the cover body, and the first sealing portion and the second sealing portion are both arranged on the inner cover side of the cover body. The two sealing portions of the cover are arranged on the same side of the cover facing the charging ports, so that when the cover seals either of the charging ports, the two sealing portions are neither directly exposed to an external environment of a vehicle, thereby reducing the risk that the two sealing portions of the cover are contaminated by the external environment, and thus reducing the risk that the charging ports and charging interface elements inside the charging ports are contaminated.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a charging port or fueling port cover assembly, including: a housing, a cover, and a linkage mechanism, wherein the housing has a working area and a linkage mating area; the cover is movable relative to the housing and has an open position and a closed position, the cover covers the working area in the closed position, and the cover exposes the working area in the open position; the linkage mechanism passes through the linkage mating area to be connected to the cover, and the linkage mechanism is movable in the linkage mating area to drive the cover to move between the open position and the closed position; and wherein the cover is translatable from one to the other of the open position and the closed position. The charging port or fueling port cover assembly in the present disclosure has a small thickness.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lid lock for a refueling or charging port having: a lifting shaft; a worm wheel; and a worm shaft. The worm wheel and the worm shaft are configured such that the worm shaft rotates in a first direction to drive the worm wheel to rotate, thereby driving the lifting shaft to perform a descending movement in an axial direction of the lifting shaft and then perform a rotational movement to expose a refueling or charging port for supplying fuel or electricity. In some examples, the worm shaft rotates in a second direction to drive the worm wheel to rotate, thereby driving the lifting shaft to perform a rotational movement and then perform an ascending movement in the axial direction of the lifting shaft to close the refueling or charging port. The present disclosure provides an internally retractable lid lock for a refueling or charging port. An internal space between an outer sheet metal of a vehicle and a refueling and charging port is fully utilized, so that a lid can be opened in the internal space, which not only is not limited by an external environment, but also reduces the possibility of damaging parts.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an actuating assembly and a fuel filler or charging inlet flip assembly. The actuating assembly comprises a driving gear and a transmission gear. The transmission gear is configured to be capable of rotating in a first direction to open the flip and in a second direction to close the flip, driven by the driving gear. An outer periphery of the driving gear is provided with a first outer periphery portion and a second outer periphery portion, the first outer periphery portion is provided on one side of the second outer periphery portion in a circumferential direction, the first outer periphery portion comprises a plurality of driving teeth, the second outer periphery portion comprises a driving gear abutting portion. The actuating assembly can allow for a reduced machining accuracy, and thus allow for a smoother engagement of the driving gear and the transmission gear.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a driving assembly having a fixed gear, a fixed rack, a movable intermediate rack, a movable gear, and a transmission rack. The movable intermediate rack cooperates with the fixed gear such that the movable intermediate rack is capable of being driven to reciprocate when the fixed gear rotates clockwise and counterclockwise; the movable rotary shaft is rotatably fixed to the movable intermediate rack, and the movable gear cooperates with the fixed rack such that the movable gear is capable of reciprocatingly translating along an extension direction of the fixed rack when the movable intermediate rack reciprocates, and the movable gear is capable of rotating about the movable rotary shaft; and the transmission rack is capable of driving a member to be driven. The transmission rack cooperates with the movable gear such that the transmission rack is capable of being driven to reciprocate so as to move the member to be driven when the movable gear rotates clockwise and counterclockwise. In the driving assembly of the present disclosure, the combination of gears and racks enables the transmission rack to have a smaller size and move at a faster speed for the same movement distance.

Abstract: A flip cover actuation assembly for actuating a flip cover is movably mounted on a base. The flip cover actuation assembly has a locking means, a hinge means, a drive shaft and a drive member. The drive shaft has a fitting portion. The hinge means is installed around the fitting portion. An engagement structure is provided on a receiving portion of the hinge means. The engagement structure enables the receiving portion and the fitting portion to rotatably engage or separate such that the drive shaft moves the flip cover relative to the hinge means. The locking or releasing of the flip cover and the opening and closing of the flip cover is achieved by the drive shaft with the drive member. In addition, the releasing and the opening of the flip cover are achieved at different times to avoid any interferences.

Abstract: The present application relates to a cover assembly including a housing, a cover, and a drive assembly. The housing has an accommodation space. The cover is movable relative to the housing and has a closed position and an open position, the cover closing a door plate opening on a door plate when the cover is in the closed position; and the cover is accommodated in the accommodation space and exposes the door plate opening when the cover is in the open position. A first end of the drive assembly can move linearly in a first direction, a second end of the drive assembly can be rotatably connected to a first end of the cover, the housing defines a first guide portion and a second guide portion, the first end of the cover can move along the first guide portion, and a second end of the cover can move along the second guide portion. The cover assembly of the present application can drive the cover to move through a drive device with a simple structure. Further, the cover of the present application can enable holding (self-locking) or opening (emergency opening) of the cover according to requirements of different holding forces of different customers.
