摘要: An actuation assembly for a refueling port or charging port flip cover assembly is rotatably mounted on a base and includes a locking means, a flip cover rotating shaft, a transmission gear, a drive gear and a drive member. The locking means is movably disposed on the base and configured to lock or release a flip cover. The flip cover rotating shaft is configured to rotate the flip cover and includes a fitting portion. The transmission gear includes a receiving portion and is installed around the fitting portion. The drive gear and the drive member are configured to synchronously rotate. The drive gear is meshed with the transmission gear and the drive member is configured to drive the locking means. In moving the locking means from a release position to a locking position, the drive gear blocks the rotation of the transmission gear and prevents the flip cover from opening.

摘要: A lid system includes: a lid for a vehicle, the lid being configured to be opened when the vehicle is supplied with energy; a lid locking device for the lid; a control device configured to control the lid locking device; and a switch operable by a user. When the switch is turned on, the control device interlocks a locked state and an unlocked state of the lid locking device with a locked state and an unlocked state of a door locking device for a door of the vehicle. When the switch is turned off, the control device does not interlock the locked state and the unlocked state of the lid locking device with the locked state and the unlocked state of the door locking device.

摘要: The disclosure relates to an overload coupling for an actuating mechanism for actuating a charging, fueling, or service flap on a charging, fueling, or service compartment that is or can be received on or in a body component of a vehicle. The overload coupling includes a drive-side coupling element and an output-side coupling element and, in an engaged state by means of a form-fit and/or force-fit lock, transfer a torque and thus a drive movement from the drive-side coupling element to the output-side coupling element. When a critical torque to be transferred is reached or exceeded in the event of an overload, to lift the form-fit and/or force-fit lock between the drive-side coupling element and the output-side coupling element.

The charging door assembly of a vehicle according to the present disclosure includes a charging door configured to open and close a charging port formed on a panel of a vehicle body, a main link hinge-coupled to the vehicle body and an inner surface of the charging door, and a sub-link hinge-coupled to the vehicle body and the inner surface of the charging door at a position spaced apart from the main link. After the charging door is moved to the outside of the panel, the inner surface of the charging door is opened while maintaining a state in which the inner surface of the charging door is located within a predetermined distance from the panel.

The lock unit includes a lock member that is movable between an interference position where the lock member interferes with an interfered portion formed at a predetermined position of the engagement unit and locks, and a non-interference position where the lock member does not interfere with the interfered portion and the lock is released when the engagement unit moves from the engagement position to the allowable position by the swing operation of the operation unit.

摘要: A door lock assembly includes a housing having a hollow structure, a lifting shaft provided inside the housing, a driving spring, and a buffering device. A top end of the lifting shaft is configured for assembling a refueling or charging port flap, the lifting shaft being slidably engaged with the housing along a first portion and threadably engaged with the housing along a second portion. One end of the driving spring is fixed and the other end abuts against the lifting shaft for driving the lifting shaft to move relative to the housing. The buffering device provides a buffering function in the when the lifting shaft is threadably engaged with the housing.

The lid device is provided with a push lifter that alternates between an extended state and a retracted state each time the lid is pushed, a motor (54) placed next to the push lifter, a lock member (18) and a transmission mechanism (60, 64) for transmitting the output of the motor. The push lifter and the motor are arranged such that a lengthwise direction of the push lifter and a lengthwise direction of the motor are perpendicular to each other, and such that the motor at least partly overlaps with the push lifter when seen from the lengthwise direction of the motor.

摘要: An actuator integrated push opener includes a fuel inlet door of a vehicle to open and close a vehicle fuel inlet. A housing accommodates a motor having a worm mounted on a rotational shaft and has a guide hole formed. A striker is mounted in the housing, penetrates through the guide hole, and is connected to the fuel inlet door. A gear is mounted in the housing and engaged with the worm. A catch has an inserting protrusion which is inserted into a through-hole formed in the striker and mounted in the housing to rotate based on a rotation center of the gear. A gear spring is provided in the catch so that the catch constantly rotates in a direction toward the striker. A stopper is mounted to the gear to limit the rotation of the catch.
